Super nice local gallery with great works. I’ve heard that many of the painters do it full time and really engage life and spirit in it. Very worth visiting and finding collections!

What a fabulous gallery! We could have stayed all day! Brilliant range of artistry with several artists exhibited. Katherine Ammison was showcasing at the time of our visit. It was enriching to meet and talk with the artist of such rich work....her mixed media pieces draw you into the canvas! Staff were welcoming and professional. The exhibits are well placed around the gallery facilitating a beautiful walking tour through colour, space and time. Shall definitely return here!

We had a consultation with Mitchell for framing and it is so refreshing to deal with a professional that absolutely knows his trade and is also so personable. Can't recommend him enough. We will look no further in the future. The gallery is also wonderful.

While I've not had a painting framed by Mitchell - I live far far away - I have seen his videos with Gail Sibley about the process of framing and find him to be thorough, caring, informative, and freely sharing of his expertise. Check him (and Gail) out on You Tube.

Wanted to say thank you so much to, I believe, Craig Benson from the Peninsula Art Gallery who helped my injured 7 year old granddaughter outside the gallery today. So very kind of you, Izzy appreciated your help. I have not been in the gallery, but if Ben is an example of the Gallery staff I would eagerly recommend a visit to one and all. Thank you again.

I discovered a painting at the Peninsula Gallery that I wanted to purchase since we knew the artist’s work. I live in Ontario and expected there would be some kind of complication in doing business without actually coming to the Gallery. The transaction was flawless. Vivian answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my selection and handled the e-transfer with no problems. It arrived well-wrapped in perfect condition and in time for my anniversary. I’m very happy with this experience and would certainly recommend the Peninsula Gallery.

Just a note about the wonderful framer, Mitchell Jones, who is associated with this gallery. His knowledge about framing issues, conservation methods and issues for all mediums, and framing for tricky mediums such as pastels is encyclopedic. And he has a generous spirit. He's willing to work with you, answer your questions, and find the best framing solution for your needs. Highly recommended.
