If you want good prices and service, take your business to NAPA Sidney. The person I spoke with on the phone at Lordco was not very friendly and they were charging double for the parts I needed compared to NAPA.

It works in a pinch, the last 3 times I’ve been in ive received the wrong item
first I got given the wrong fuel filter for my vehicle which was a mess
Then I got given the wrong battery for my car, not a huge deal but a pain to return because I didn’t want to trim my battery tray
This time I was handed a penetrating lube/undercoating when I asked for primer. Didn’t look right but I trusted they knew their stuff, ended up with an oily mess on the bare metal I was trying to prep for painting.
If you don’t have an account you will be charged an arm and a leg
Try Napa just across the highway if you don’t want to deal with their pretentious attitudes and constant mistakes, I’ve had better luck there

Just went to lordco for the second time this week to get my son auto body supplies so he can finish his truck.Both times the service was unbelievably rude.Like they don’t want to help.I stand there for five minutes at the counter while at least five employees are standing behind it.Looking in every direction but mine.I finally say something, I was nice about it , but never felt like anyone was interested in serving me.I walked out of lordco and called bumper to bumper.Who sold me everything at a much better cost with much better service.My last experience at Lordco in Victoria on Burnside, was not great either but I bought the one thing I needed.I’m just not going to support rude and entitled service when I’m spending my money

Got all the car lights that I needed. I was able to return an incorrect light that I was sold at another location and have the right one ordered in from the mainland for half the price of Amazon. I also recieved a discount from the nice associate for my inconvenience.Now I don't feel like it's a hassle to change my own car lights and save the labor cost. ??

Rudest, most unhelpful crew going. Don’t bother going in if you need assistance - either know your stuff or don’t bother. Staff are not considered ‘customer service related’. Off to Victoria we go.

While their selection is great, I did not have a good experience with the representative I spoke with. He immediately showed me blatant disrespect by questioning my understanding of the vehicle I drive for the better part of the conversation. I find it hard to believe he didn't understand how hybrid cars worked but considering how long it took for him to understand that I knew my car had an engine despite the name Volt, who knows. That being said, I think that if my dad had gone in instead of me then the representative would have handled the situation more respectfully. Either way, I will be buying the part elsewhere.

I was asked for my Union card for account I have been a member of for 13 years and I do not carry that on hand. So then I told the attendant that I work for another company as well he said to produce the ID again like I was at work or something. Then proceeded to tell me "is the 50 cents worth it?" I guess so cause I went to Canadian tire and got the air filter cheaper then using my account at Lordco.
