“Now that they have updated their building it is a really nice Canadian Tire to shop at. The isles are nice and wide and I like using the part locator and have it flash at the place that it is located. Generally speaking the shelves are organized but once in a while they are messed up but that would be due to the amount of people rummaging through and not returning the items correctly so I give them that one. This is my primary Canadian Tire that I shop at.”
“We had an amazing customer service lady help us tonight her name is Jinky. She went over and above in assisting us get an item from electronics 5 min before close as it was locked up. Another lady we asked to help us just stomped away saying she already put the keys away with attitude.
Jinky deserves a raise she is a prime example of excellent customer service.”

“A small store, neat and tidy with a decent selection. The pink Levi's jean jackets were an interesting find. The computer crashed during our transaction after approving the credit purchase, but apparently not completing the sale. We had to move to a second till to complete the transaction and were told "to call head office if we were charged from the previous failed transaction"... un-huh... not the most reassuring and now requires extra legwork for us.... not the staffs fault, but really?!”
