Recently we discovered by way of development permit application that this commercial towing business has for years been knowingly operating their business on land zoned only for farming in the Agriculture Land Reserve. The ALR protects farm land from such commercial uses and this business operating in this fashion is very unethical.

If you don't mind half their fleet trucks running modified exhaust that produces obtrusive noise pollution then maybe you'll do business with this inconsiderate company or maybe not. Their big rig driver also uses his engine brakes everywhere. Not good community neighbours.

I would not recommend this company to anyone based on a recent experience. I have written to the president of the company because I was so badly treated by one of their drivers. I am a senior and endured verbal abuse from driver 91 during a 15 minute tow to a facility in Sidney. Once he realized he had been paid and returned my keys it was like a new person emerged. Clearly a sign of a bully. I ran a business with over 250 employees and I would have fired this employee without a second thought. I have not heard a word from the president of this company so I am assuming that this type of behavior is tolerated and encouraged in this company.

Had an extremely bad experience with this company. Last night we unfortunately had our car keyed & tires slashed. As if that's not bad enough, we called peninsula towing. The driver showed up & said "well see you later guys" my wife & I stood around anyways to watch seeing I hear horror stories. As we were standing right beside the front bumper where he started to hook up, the metal piece of his tow truck he was controlling from the truck was getting closer & closer to my bumpers painted finish. Before I knew it, it hit it & I saw the bumper flex & the scraped area curl the paint up. I said "woah stop it's hitting the car" he then moved the metal piece away still while at his tow truck controlling this piece with the hydraulics. He then came over, looked & instantly turned!!! Complete defense mode. At this point I wasn't even going to blame him. It's just that We BOTH SAW it hit & damage the area so I wanted to have him aware seeing he couldn't see this part from standing on the opposite side over by his truck controlling the moving part. I was just obviously pointing out the fact it just hit the bumper & if I didn't say anything, it would have kept scraping along and then did more damage on transport with the car moving up & down with Reg. Road movement on transport. I had already seen enough damage to my car this night that the little scratch so low at the bottom, I didn't care much about. How ever I was not able to relay this to him. He would NOT STOP yelling and screaming, "I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO SAY" OVER & over & over, "THAT DID NOT HAPPEN FROM THIS. YOU JUST DONT KNOW WHAT MARKS ARE ON THIS CAR" I again tried to say "your not giving me a chance to say I'm not trying to blame you, I just wanted you to be aware & reposition the truck lift" but of course again, he would not let me speak. He insisted it was previously there, would not stop screaming, told us to back up and get away like 3 times, blamed me for watching him work & then called his boss, put us down to him on the phone, made statements that we had probably slashed our own tires which made NO sense!!!!!! He then sat in his truck for 45 min. His boss finally showed up parked right at our car blocking it in and behind him came like 6 cops. His boss - The owner of the company was also already in defense mode after talking to his driver on phone. He was clearly under the impression that we had falsely blamed their company. The cops didn't even seem to understand why they were there. They then unfortunately asked The crazy driver what happened - What felt like an hour later they finally just all left well the new tow truck company was showing up who I called well waiting - All Ways Custom Towing. The guy was GREAT!!!! extremely professional, experienced, friendly & helpful. He also was jacking if up from the back. Not the front that's 3 inches from the ground. You think that would be obvious when you do that for a living. Never use this company! It's completely obvious they have tons of damaging customers vehicles incidences going on & it SHOWED!

I do not recommend this company. I had received very sub par treatment from their staff. They were very rude and unfriendly to the point that we had to call the police for their assistance in getting the vehicle back
