Before this place went corporate it was lovingly cared for both inside and out with a good coffee shop offering fresh donuts and good coffee. Since going corporate the care and attention to detail have fallen by the wayside. The coffee shop is all but closed and only used for customers to play keno. I know one of the employees who worked at the coffeeshop and after it went corporate she was treated horribly and "encouraged" to quit. Quit sad. Also they sell gas

This Shell has the best coffee I've ever had at a gas station! It's fresh, delicious, and always a treat. It is highly recommended for anyone looking to fuel up both their car and themselves!

The attendant refused to allow me to redeem my airmiles for fuel. Told me to go do it at the pump which is not possible by any shape or form. I will never buy fuel at Shell again because of this. Educate your employees or hire better ones that can actually do the job.

Since the new ownership this originally family owned and operated coffee shop/ gas bar has been terrible. We used to go there as kids everyday and now it’s just rude encounter after rude encounter. The older man is alright but you can tell the decline, terrible customer service. Super sad to see in a wonderful small community.For awhile they wouldn’t even clean the bathroom. It’s a 1 star everyday from me and I barely review venues.

Was okay.They had a 2 for 5 Gatorade but the sight was in the wrong place .I assumed they were on s a le slso....but not.i suggested they move sighn because to ne it says they were on sale as lso.small oversight I moved the sign

Nice Shell gas station it’s our first stop when arrive in Victoria to buy some water and snacks. Store inside is very organized and clean very pleased to visit. Staff is friendly and love to help with any needs. catch vintage car parking here too maybe from residents near here. Very calm and harmony community. Not busy too so can always get your gas fast no wait time whatsoever.

So I go there every week or so for a slurpee, and they are pretty epic, 10/10, staff are nice, and the food in the cafe is good but to be honest it's been better. It's nice to go there after school, anyways I would recommend going here

Walked in after they were already on Break for well over 20 mins and told us to make it Quick because we were taking to long and they want to go back on break and are So rude I go there every night and they go on break from 8 to 910 pm they also would not take change for a slurpie. Never going there again Iam just going to the on on mt newton they could teach you a tip or two.
