“This store has everything birdie! Food, feeders, books, cards and other decorative glass items. I did not find just a regular red hum feeder. The very large ones were in a much more expensive bracket..around $60.00.”

Asked about a product, but they didn’t carry it at the time. Months later they emailed me to tell me they started carrying the product, and gave me all the details on the on it via email. I went in to get some and the employees were very helpful and friendly. The product was very good quality and reasonable in price. Overall I’m impressed with the stock they carry, the great customer service, and that they followed up after so long, I had forgotten! I will be back ??”

“Bought a custom cat tree couple years ago. Thing is over 6' tall. Built like a tank. Will outlive my crazy cat no doubt. The price for his builds are too good. Why buy a junky one from a chain store that will fall apart?Edit* just wanted to add that I've bought a second one and was informed they will recondition their work for the life of the tree!”
“They're great, helpful, knowledgeable and everything between and even help carry a huge bag of dog food to your car. When my back was out, I really appreciated it! Helped us get the right fittings for our little fur babies, and when the training items didn't work, they got us the refund. Would have given 5 stars (I should), but they don't have a price match guarantee. Just slightly more expensive than competitors. The problem is not Bosley's, it's the manufacturers jacking up prices like crazy (Hill's Science, for example, was $85 for a 28lb bag in 2020, now $115). I need to write a letter to Hill's science now, can we all complain together?”
“Had my Bischon groomed at Pet's smart with Kristy, wonderfully professional and friendly team of groomers. Easy to make an appt and the service was terrific. I would highly recommend this team for your dog. When we were done we shopped a bit and the Pet Smart staff were helpful and friendly, giving my Gucci treats.”
“It's ok. It's got the basics, everything you need. Caution when buying fish here, every time I cave and get a fish here, they make my whole tank Super sick. No matter how many precautions I take! I'm an experienced fish owner and have had a fresh water tank for a couple of decades now. ?”
