A happy customer with Joe's since they opened. Just had a problem with insurance getting supply eye drops for my glaucoma. On their own initiative Joe's talked to them & solved the problem; my worries are over. VERY much appreciated Joe!

Switched from Shoppers pharmacy across the street to here a while back & I’m glad I did! :)No more forgotten prescriptions or wasted gas money making multiple trips after confirming my script was filled via phone only to get there and find out it wasn’t.It’s been smooth sailing ever since I switched to Joe’s Family pharmacy, so I’d recommend.

He helped us with the knowledge that can claim other past Pharmacy purchases back to our Insurance company. That knowledge allowed us to be renumerated more that we thought. Shop local, support Joe!

Moved to the area about a year and a half ago, started at a pharmacy in the area, lasted less than 2 weeks. Moved over to Joe's pharmacy and WOW amazing, I can't say enough great things about them all. I haven't had a bad experience there. From calling there, picking up, Mohammed greats us by name. Everyone is great! Highly recommend! They go above and beyond! Thank you for the great service, so glad we moved to you all!

I finally switched to Joe’s Pharmacy and wow, what a difference. They were so helpful (even offering to call around to other pharmacies to find what I needed). Very friendly and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Horrified that this pharmacy allows a privatized clinic ( Homewood Ravensview) to abuse an insurance system. And shame on you for collecting dispensing fees in a loophole.

I don't think I've ever experienced such great customer service as these guys. Very helpful and understanding. Being from out of province this Pharmacy is the best team I have ever dealt with. So non-judgmental and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I would strongly recommend Joes's Family Pharmacy. When they say Family that's the experience you get, kindness and respect. Keep up the amazing work.

I got our prescription's for years from Saanichton Shoppers Drug Mart which has been a nightmare!! Best thing I ever did was switch to Joe's Pharmacy. Easy change over and hassle free pickup. Should have done this years ago.
