Absolutely attrocious experience, staff consitently rushing around, stressed & impatient when approached for help.
We were asked to wait 10 minutes for our item to be brought to a collection point inside the store. We were then later told it was out of stock after they kept us waiting for 30 mins only when we asked another staff member.
Worst Zara customer experience from all the stores we have ever visited across 4 continents.

This place isn’t black people friendly,i experience racism from two workers on the 19th of October 2024,the way I was treated was soo bad that even my friends noticed it,dear black people if you want to shop please head to another branch and not this one cause the amount of racism you’d experience is quite sickening especially the girl on hijab

Cashier is so rude and lazy. Short girl with curly hair was doing a return for me and she took forever. It was only four items and was not busy at all. She never even spoke to me as the return was in process. Just threw the receipt at me at the end.
The whole time she was talking to her coworker about how she hates her job and hates the new hires they have. What a terrible attitude. I wish the new hires good luck with her because they’ll need it. They are probably better than her.
Zara should hire some new people as this girl thinks she’s so entitled.

I felt really bad when i was told to hang and organize the clothes I don’t want. This is the first time I visited this location. This store is really bad with customer service.There were 3 staff members present, even then i was told to do their job, rudely!
I don’t want to act like “Karen” and im more than happy to help if they need help, but instead I was ordered to do their job. This was really weird and unprofessional.

I recently visited Zara in Richmond Center to pick up an online order, and I was very disappointed with their customer service. No one was able to help me when I arrived, and they directed me to someone who wasn't even there. When I asked the store manager for help because the product was damaged, he rudely said, "No, we can't do anything. This is how we sell this stuff. If you don't want it, just leave it." This experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

I would give negative if I could. Very bad customer service, limited items to in the fitting room I can understand, but one of the workers requested me to line up again to try the extra items I left with her. That is so unreasonable. I had to go back to the end of the line up 2 times! Preposterous!

The experience at Zara today was unprecedentedly bad. I took a few clothes to try on, and after I finished, I handed the clothes to the staff. The staff told me to organize the clothes one by one and put them back on the racks. I asked the manager, and he said this was their policy. In my 30 years of shopping, this is the first time I've been asked to organize all the clothes I tried on and put them back on the racks. Everyone, don't come here anymore, the shopping experience is extremely poor. Am I here to work part time for you?

Cashier here is racist, i felt so today on june 29, i came to return things as things were discounted. One of the item has no tag when tag when bought first time, no one mentioned anything. This time, this particular guy with curly hair mentioned he normally write on the bill of there is no tag now when i bought one of the jackets with again no tag, and mentioned loudly there is tag when asked him to show me the one he said never mind. And when asked to atleast write on the receipt they really rudly said i can not waste time its a long line. Ofcourse we bought almost 10 items and spend more than $300. Really bad behaviour.

Awful service from one of the associates today - I asked for an item because it said on their app it was in their stock room. Associate said he would look, 30s later he’s on cash. Mind you, their stockroom is an external stockroom somewhere else in the mall. When I asked him, he said they didn’t have it. So I asked a different associate, who made the effort to look and surprise, they had it.
