We were so happy with the service we received at Westcoast Floors. They helped us with the selection of the flooring and with immediate after sales support and advice. We had an excess amount of product which was gladly accepted as a return. Our overall sense of satisfaction is great with this company and we will return as a loyal customer.

"It's important to clarify that the refund was only issued after extensive arguments and a complete lack of professionalism in how you handled the situation. Your policies are far from clear to customers, especially given that we never even picked up our order. I am not looking for any compensation from your company, as what we received in the end was our rightful refund. I am leaving this comment to make others aware of your business practices so they can make informed decisions in the future. Instead of blaming customers, you should focus on improving your business and treating people with respect. A truly professional business wouldn't make its customers fight for fair treatment.
One of the worst businesses we've ever dealt with! We made a $1,500 purchase but later decided to return it because it didn’t meet our needs. We hadn’t even picked up the order—it was still in their store, untouched. Yet, the owners, a man and a woman, were shockingly rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge us a $500 penalty for canceling the order, even though we never even received the items! This ridiculous policy was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Their shady practices and aggressive attitude show they only care about squeezing money out of customers, not providing real service.
If you ever consider buying from them, make sure to ask for every single detail upfront and get everything clearly stated before making a purchase. Avoid this place at all costs!

Got quoted $450 to change flooring. Lady boss quoted me that amount while having the installer on the phone. She assured me total cost would be $450. She said the installer would get the moldings for me and $450 is including that.
2 days before the installing - installer told me to get 1 of the 2 mouldings. I followed his instructions and paid $80.
The day of installing — installer bailed 30 mins before the appt time and moved it to the next day. Next day came and we agreed to meet at 9:30am. I even confirmed again with him closer to the time. Installers came 10am saying it’s traffic 🙃
He then went on saying the other molding he got costed $108 — this is just for molding 2 toilet seats btw. So he’s saying to pay him $400 labour + $108 moldings = 508 + $80 moldings i paid myself = $588
How was it from $450 to 588??
When I questioned this, as I should, installer got upset and threatened to not do the job anymore.
Called the store and spoke with the lady boss and she dared to twist the story saying she wouldn’t know how much the total cost would be…..lol!! Such a JOKE
She also inserted a gaslighting comment saying that the installer had done me a favor by buying the molding for me ——- which I was supposed to pay him anyway??
Then at completion, installer told me to come around 1:15-1:30pm, i arrived exactly 1:30pm and see pics the condition when i arrived. I ended up waiting another 30 mins for them to finish cleaning and tidying up.
Never ever again! Do not even consider this place!

I would give zero stars if possible. We ordered luxury vinyl plank flooring (Provogue Hunter) from this company in 2022. In the short 2 years that it has been installed, it has cracked and fallen apart at the seams (pun intended). I called them last year when it started falling apart and the staff person said no, their floor wouldn't do that. We've put up with it since, but it is now getting to the point where we are going to have rip out all 2,300 square feet flooring that is supposed to last for 25 years. Beware of the poor quality.

Staff are friendly and there are lots of options. The only thing that made me give four stars is when you need to pick up your items, they tell you to go back of the warehouse and it is a little confusing to how to get a worker’s attention at the back. We waited as they told us to, but eventually needed to get out of the car to get a worker at the back to help us.
