Decent Wash, but Overpriced
Wash World in Richmond did what I expected, and my car came out clean, but the experience was underwhelming. I opted for the premium wash, which costs $26, expecting a thorough job. However, the wash itself felt quite short for the price, leaving me questioning whether it was worth the steep cost.
It’s a decent option if you need a quick clean, but for the premium price, I expected more attention to detail or a longer cycle. Probably won’t return unless they adjust the pricing or improve the value of the service.

Waste of money. Paid for the highest one just for the machine to stop midway through cleaning… it sprayed its polish or wax foam and just stopped for no reason. I waited a couple of mins to see if it would do anything but nothing did happen. Had to go to the other machine and payed for the cheapest one just to get rid of the foam it had put… do not recommend going here

Paid for the most expensive wash only for my car to leave the lot with soap all over the car still. Emailed their customer support who told me they will let their attendants know to provide me with a complimentary wash to alleviate the issue. Nobody even physically works there. When I emailed back customer support, they just ignored me.

It works just fine for me.
Don't blame the car wash if you show up and your car is falling apart as you pull into the driveway...Of course your flimsy antenna is going to fall off once you add a bit of water pressure to it. Do you want a clean car or not?

While washing my vehicle, the machine snapped off the antenna on the roof of my car. Upon returning the attendant had the antenna and gave it to me.
I phoned their office and, after a week the manager called back to inform me that he looked at the video and saw the antenna come off during the drying stage. This somehow translated to "It's not our problem". I asked to see this video....I was refused. I asked for his full name and was refused. The cost to me is over $800. Don't recommend for anyone to use this company.

Terrible car wash.......didn't even clean the rims and scratched my new car. I asked if touchless was better and was told get the highest soft cloth wash. Big waste of 26.00.

$16 for the most basic wash is a rip off. It doesn't even do that good of a job, you could still see the bird droppings on my car. Then the dryer doesn't last long enough. I went here cause I thought there were self serve car wash bays. The website lacks all the info. I'll never go here again. Take your business elsewhere

This has to be the worst car wash I have ever used $22, and the car came out filthy... I know it's not a wand wash, but that's not right. Would never use again.

A little higher priced than what I'm used to for my regular car wash location, but was impressed that an attendant quickly pre-scrubbed rims and hard for clean spots.
