was paying at the self checkout today, one of their male staff bumped me hard when he was reaching for the baskets, no sorry at all, rude staff here.

I entered the store with a purchase from another store. The greeter on the door asked about the box in my cart. I told them it was from a different store. They put a Walmart sticker on the box indicating that It was so I wouldn't be harassed on the way out. I did not purchase anything today and tried to leave. I was stopped and asked to see my receipt. I showed the receipt for the item from a different store. The greeter wanted me to go to customer service; which I refused to do. Has Walmart started checking receipts on the way out? If not I am not sure why I was singled out by the greeter. I have been shopping at this location for a number of years and have never had a problem before.

wanted a tension curtain rod, I looked online, the website said it was in stock. I could not order it online for pickup because of the $35 minimum so I bused it from downtown Vancouver in the rain to get it. The staff were nice and tried very hard to find it but no luck. they suggested that I order 3 of them online to pick up at the store then return 2 of them, totally stupid and would involve another bus trip out. Seriously update your site or allow pickups under the $35 such a stupid policy. Home Depot will get my money this time and will avoid you for future purchases

Walmart is an utterly unreliable company. Customers can buy products, but there is no guarantee that they will be delivered. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Cashier swiped multiple items at once, had 32 items sold to me. Only received 27 items. Went to dispute it and they showed me a grainy video feed of their cashier double swiping it all. Then told me it was voided but only one of them was. But I was still charged for it. They scammed about 100$ from me. The cashiers have been known to do this but first time it happened for me. Will not be returning. If you're gonna cover up for your employees thefts at least make it convincing....

Plenty of parking if you are willing to park close to store but not under cover. Main store on second level accessible via escalators & a few elevators. There is a full size McDonald's near main entrance.
Staff inside Walmart are ok, nothing amazing, plus many self checkouts which keeps lines low.
If I had to pick the worst thing about the store? It wouldn't be inside Walmart but rather be the horrible traffic on the two main feeder roads in Richmond; Alderbridge Way & Garden City.

It was hard to find someone to open locked baby formulas, we've waited and asked 3 different employees, called but still need to walk up to cashiers and back

A giant Walmart in Richmond. Great selection and spacious aisles. Covered underground parking and many restaurants and stores in the area.

The cashier was very slow. He blamed our card,for not working in the machine but it was actually the machine that wasn't working. Took much longer than usual. Worst Walmart in BC. I'm never coming back!

“I called customer service today and kept trying, but no one answered even after 15 minutes—the phone just kept ringing. It was a very poor experience. Whenever I visit the store, I also notice that the staff seems unprofessional, unfamiliar with the products, and unsure of the store layout. Overall, the service has been consistently disappointing.”

Went in yesterday to get my daughter some formula that was behind the locked cage. A staff member retrieved one for me and asked me if I was done shopping. I had a dew more things to get and in a time crunch and the staff told me I have to pay for the milk first. I don’t have time to be going back and forth so made my way to the checkout and will grab my other things next time. He continued to follow me to the front behind then when I went towards the self checkout he stopped me and asked me if im checking out. I responded yes and he asked for the milk and meet him at one of the counters. At this point im very irritated and when I got to a counter he gave me back the milk and as I was checking stuff out he continued to stand there. At this point I was going to knock him out. Once I finished there was 2 more staff members standing in my way was I was exciting with their arms crossed and watching me approached to leave. They made me feel like I was a criminal or stupid. I’ve got milk here for my daughter multiple times in the last month and never had I have this happen before. I will never be going back to this walmart.

Two things which make me rate it for 2 stars.
1. You can barely find a plastic shopping cart in it, not at the check out and not anywhere. They either don’t have enough of them or just place them everywhere.
2. 9/10 of the chance I’m at the checkout line, the cashier pushed me to get a Walmart Mastercard. I said no cuz I’ve got too many other cards already, they were still pushing for it. I mean no means no right, neither Superstore nor Freshco franchises would do that, which makes shopping there to be a headache.

Terrible location! Such rude staff! Don’t accept cash on electronics and the female cashier spent 10min repeatedly harassing this out of town couple about getting a Walmart card when they kept saying no and there was no Walmart where they are from. This seemed unbelievable to the cashier who kept pressing and harassing them it’s a good idea, while holding up the line. She then didn’t even bother to greet me and when I said you shouldn’t push people like that she became extremely rude. Get some training for your staff, this location the staff is a nightmare of weaponized incompetence
