Terrible. Airline canceled my flight and gave me a voucher to go here. I arrive there, no help with bags and they do not accept the food/drinks voucher the airline gave me, told me I needed to switch it out for a hotel-specific voucher. I do so. Head to the bar and the same person who told me to switch out my airline voucher then tells me they don't accept the hotel-specific voucher.
This place is a complete joke. I ordered doordash instead of using my voucher....they were so ridiculous. I did catch a random fireworks show that I could see from my room, but that is not something I can attribute to them.

I feel like a VIP member when I stay here.. everything is great! When you walk in your room the TV has your name on it saying welcome, everything is comfy .. great experience
Rooms: VIP
Food and drinks: The west bar and grill has the best nachos and great staff

Finders keepers I guess. I had left behind a jacket and called to see if cleaning staff had put it in lost and found.. No record of it. My fault I guess. Bit I won't stay again where I lost trust in staff.

Service is really good
I have booked a 3 rooms
Some beds are too soft
No House slipper for me and my guests we have to keep wearing our own shoes
Food is ok

2024.09.20 The room is great, spacious and comfortable, and even has a living room. What’s more special is that the bathroom is located between the bedroom and the living room.

Just there for a night. Location is not really in Vancouver. Difficult if not impossible to see/get to the water.

Hotel is nice. But you can’t set the room temperature lower than 22C. Ive set mine to 18 and it was still 22 in the morning

The front desk said the lobby bar was open until midnight. I walked up at 11:30pm and the bartender was cleaning up and said they were closed. I went next door to the Sheraton lobby bar, they are actually open until midnight.
The restaurant in the lobby (75 West) serves breakfast until 11, so I went right at 11:01 to order lunch. They said that they need 30 minutes to "switch the kitchen from breakfast to lunch" so I could not order lunch. I had a flight to catch and didn't have time.
Front desk was courteous, room was nice, but this property fails on overall service.

This has to be the worst Marriott I had ever visited. I was there for a meeting and the board didn't list the booking. The front desk had 4 employees chit chatting and didnt bother to stop their conversation when I quietly wait for them acknowledge me. A female personnel named Tracie asked how could she help. I replied stating my company name and was here for a meeting. She said it's on the 2nd floor. So I went upstairs but all the rooms where closed and none of the sign had my company name on display. I walked downstairs and there she is chatting away with her coworkers. I asked which room is it as there are 5 rooms. Tracie replied, the boardroom. So up I went and of course I still can't find the correct room. I went downstairs again and asked which room is it? That's when she finally went to the back office to check. After a few minutes she said oh your meeting room was on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

It looks great so far. Definitely my best Marriott experience so far. Upgraded room amenities and bathroom. Feel very comfortable. No breakfast included but I don’t plan to eat in the hotel anyway with so many food options in Richmond. The only issue so far is the air conditioner is a little loud.

Our flight got cancelled and we called last minute for a 1 night reservation and they were super accommodating! Friendly and world-class Staff and service. Our room was amazing and clean. If we are ever back in Vancouver again, we would stay here!

The decoration has been renovated, but some things are very old. For example, the hair dryer made the sound of a classic car and stopped working the next day. If there is a hole in the duvet, the down will fly up. I hope the hotel can update the equipment for guests in time. The room layout and lighting design are both good. Sound insulation may be a common problem.
