The wait was long and not efficient. The overall clean was not as detailed as I expected. The wash included mat wash but the mats were still very wet. I wished they air blown the mats before putting back into the car.

I have tried a few car wash places in Richmond, I like this one the most. I asked for interior & exterior, they did a perfect job on both, took out all my rubber mats & washed them very well. I just came back from a Kelowna return trip, got lots of dead bugs stuck on the bumper, & the young man specially hand rubbed them off, because some of them didn’t come off even after power wash. Thank you for you wonderful service, very appreciated, will come again.

Van Hand Car Wash did an excellent job on my car. They were quick and thorough, with detailed work both inside and out. My car looks fantastic and feels fresh. Highly recommend this place for a great hand car wash!

Best car wash in Richmond hands down. They wash your rubber mats for free. Before I went to another one and they charge extra for EVERY mat they wash. Car never feels really washed if rubber mats are not washed. They are also the cleanest! 5 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't give it 1 star. I have never encountered such a bad and aggressive person in charge in Vancouver. Their rainy day car wash discount is the bait. Don't be fooled.

10 minutes to clean the exterior and interior: shoddy job

Obviously I bought it with a discount coupon for $37.80 after tax, but my car cost only $39 with a full wash inside and outside. As a result, an auntie wearing glasses finished scanning the QR code and told me that she was not sure if tax was included. She forced me to tip her with the machine and asked me how much I tipped. The food looked ugly, the car was completely covered with water inside and outside, and four people stood there without wiping it... I won’t go there next time.

Solid interior and exterior car wash. Also, $45 before tip for a small SUV I think is unbeatable in Richmond.
