i definitely would rate you guys 0 or even NEGATIVE stars if i could. I had the most horrid experience with this delivery company. i agree with the reviews that this incompetent company should not even be in business. after being charged $150 for a tshirt, i had to repeatedly call them for over a week until they sent me self clearance forms on the last day the package was being held. each time, they would promise “ i assure you we’ll send them by tomorrow” or “i assure you my supervisor will give you a call soon”. their promises are full of lies each time, because apparently there is no communication between their departments or someone is lazy and doesn’t do it. either way, you should never “promise” a customer if you aren’t sure it’ll happen. plus, their drivers don’t leave notes or at the least give you a call when they’re at your door, even if you live in an apartment. they’ll put down recipient not home when I’ve BEEN home waiting? and when I asked about it, an agent said “we don’t deliver to apartments”
like what?
Also, the tracking website sucks because I wasn’t even informed that a delivery was going to be attempted, even after watching it all day waiting for my delivery, they don’t update it.
please use any other delivery company at all, cuz god knows I’ll never touch any website that uses ups ever again :D

I made the mistake of thinking that a UPS Store had anything to do with UPS parcel service...the UPS website offered an option of a pick-up at a UPS location in case I was not at my address when my parcel was delivered...so since I was out-of province and shipping from another UPS Store, I addressed my label for pick-up at my own local UPS Store...when I received an e-notice of delivery, I was charged an extra $21 to get my package back.

After calling in and changing my package from delivery to pickup the UPS advisor told me to go to 5960 Ferguson road. And I said multiple times are you sure I can go today and pick it up to which they agreed. My package has laid dormant since the 24th and now is updated to being delivered on the 4th. So 11 days in Richmond total. I wasted an hour of my time driving out trying to pickup my package which wasn’t even there. Disgusting how this company operates with not even basic sympathy for the customers. Disgusting. UPDATE: my package now says it's in Ontario, it was coming from Victoria to Vancouver so I really don't get why it's across the country now? I called in and could not get a straight answer. How is this real????

The driver did not leave a note. The first I heard about my package was an email telling me it would be sent back if I didn’t drive here during business hours and pick it up. I have been sitting for 30 minutes so far and still haven't gotten my package. Only one car at a time is allowed in—all during the work day. I will tell everyone to please send my packages anything but UPS. Canada Post and Amazon never have any issues.

My packages were supposed to arrive today.
I ordered 7-8 items with a high total value, but none of them have been delivered to me.
The proof of delivery photo that was uploaded shows a different house, and the picture is blurry, without even showing the house number.

Package arrived over a week late because it got stuck at the warehouse, I had to call twice and spend over 20 minutes on the phone repeating the same information to multiple people to get it addressed. Poorly organized and badly run.

Every single time they "deliver" to my build, they never use the buzzer on the address and deliver my package to another depot for pick up. This is bullshit! This time they didn't even leave a notice behind. This happens every single time. And the only time a driver "delivers" to my building is if someone catches them in the act. I called to get it redelivered, and I should not have to do this. Today was the final straw when the driver didn't even leave a notice, i found out by checking my tracker. And the kicker is I was home all day so I could get my package. Please contact me UPS customer service monitoring person. I want this driver issue to be fixed!

I asked to self clear a package and was told I would receive the paper work to do so within the day. It ended up taking 3 more calls for the supervisor, Maulik Thakkar, to send it to me. I then paid the duties and tried to pick up the package, but when I showed up I was told they couldn't find the package and that it was accidentally taken out for delivery. The lady at the front desk took my paper work showing I'd self cleared it, said she put it into the system and told me she would reschedule it for delivery the following day. The package was not rescheduled for delivery and it didn't show that I'd paid the duties. I emailed the supervisor again and he asked if I'd left the form at the front desk. When I said yes, he never answered again. 3 emails and 7 days later still no answer from him. The supervisor is so unprofessional it's ridiculous.
At the same time I called customer service over 10 times in the last week and kept getting told the package was being rescheduled for delivery. Finally today I was told they think they lost it, because the last time it was physically scanned was September 28th, 10 days ago. This was also the day I called and asked if I could self clear the package. It feels like this was just a scam because I didn't want to pay their 85 dollar duties brokerage fees, for 25 dollars of duties and a package that was only worth 220 dollars. Never use ups, this has been the worse customer experience of my life.

I sit here in my car in line for TWO (yes just 2 available customer parking spots - no where else to park) to pick up a package during WEEKDAY only hours of 10-3pm. I’m here because my original scheduled drop-off time of Oct 1st was moved to Sep 30th hours before delivery occurred (no notice). I also had unexpected duty & fees which i wasn’t notified about until AFTER they started delivery attempts (assumed it would just be dropped off and hidden in delivery notice e-mail. I wont work with ANY company that chooses to deliver with you.

LIARS! ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE!! The last five packages have all gone straight to the UPS Access Point instead of my home address. When I phone customer service, they say the driver attempted delivery, which is a LIE! I wait at home all day and never receive any knock or ring. Canada Post is much better. NEGATIVE STARS!!

UPS Canada is a garbage! My parcel arrived to Canadian UPS facility 10 days ago. It is still not been delivered! There are sweet promises over the phone but not actions taken! Liars! The package is still not delivered! Birthday gifts for my daughter! Anyone ever filed the claim against them? I wonder if it is time to go to the court.

Wish I had read these reviews before using UPS. Worst service ever. They do not provide proof of delivery as other companies do. An important box I was sending to my son's apartment in Montreal was marked as "delivered." It never arrived. After way too many phone calls and emails and claim filed, I was first told the package was delivered to the front desk. There is no front desk. I was then told it was signed for by my son. It was not. And then a third time I was told it was delivered to the coffee shop next door. But they never left any notice to pick it up anywhere so how would we know it was delivered to a coffee shop? Also of course it wasn't there. UPS paid a claim amount of about 1/10th the cost of my package and refused to take responsibility for not doing their job - delivering a basic package. I am shocked and appalled and highly recommend using any other delivery service. They are unreliable, unprofessional and worse, dishonest.

Did a self custom clearance and the UPS paperwork took 5 days to be sent into my mailbox.I assume that was the only issue? Nope. The driver refuse to hand over the package, because his POS says there is an outstanding custom balance. (I even got an email from @mthakkar that my self clearance is good.) On their 3rd attempt, the driver did not even try to drop off the package at my house. (I have a Ring doorbell footage of their truck just driving by my street.) Now, they are sending it back to the sender and the UPS brokerage customer service line is confused about this port’s process even after multiple escalations.Going to send a message to their Division Manager, John Dumigan to investigate this incompetence.
