Closed at 2PM even though the sign and the email they sent say 3PM. Thought they would be better than FedEx. Silly me haha.??♂️

LIARS! ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE!! The last five packages have all gone straight to the UPS Access Point instead of my home address. When I phone customer service, they say the driver attempted delivery, which is a LIE! I wait at home all day and never receive any knock or ring. Canada Post is much better. NEGATIVE STARS!!

UPS Canada is a garbage! My parcel arrived to Canadian UPS facility 10 days ago. It is still not been delivered! There are sweet promises over the phone but not actions taken! Liars! The package is still not delivered! Birthday gifts for my daughter! Anyone ever filed the claim against them? I wonder if it is time to go... read full comment
Visit UPS Customer Centre in RICHMOND, a self-service location to drop off pre-packaged pre-labeled shipments, create a new shipment using a self-service kiosk, print mobile shipping labels, and utilize Hold for Pick Up services. Usually located on-site at UPS distribution or operation facilities.
