Reported this place to higher authority at UPS. This location charges you $1 for prepaid drop offs. I've been to other UPS locations and have never been charged $1 for just dropping off packages.

Would like give zero if possible. They wanna charge me service fee for one dollar. I said if that's ups charge me that's fine but i need the invoice or receipt. They can't give anything. They just bushit and charge you money for no reason. Don't come. Never come again.

I would give zero rating. This is one of the worst service provider. These people are here just to make money. I have paid all the charges back in my country from where the shipment was placed, after the goods arrived in canada instead of getting my package delivered to my address UPS sent me a letter asking for $40.13 as brokerage fee and they mention as GST/PST. Nice way of making fool and earning money. As of now i have made the payment still i have not received my item it has been more than over a month. Can UPS deliver my things ASAP? Or shall i need to pay more to be delivered? One of the worst courier service and i would give as zero rating. Really disappointed with the service.

Came here to drop off amazon returning prepaid packages and was asked to pay $1 processing fee for each package, unbelievable!

This place advertises itself as an authorized UPS shipping outlet but the owner asks for $1 additional surcharge per package because they are not an authorized shipping outlet. Pretty shady business practice.Brought my pre-paid labelled packages here and left disappointed. The parking lot is also terribly designed and congested. Stay away.

Brought a package with prepaid label to this location for drop off and was asked to pay $1 processing fee. Not sure where this fee is from, I've never heard of it before. And after paying for the fee, he instructed me to put the parcel near the door by myself with the label facing out. So basically there is no "processing" for him, I have to pay for the labour I did for my own paid package. This is just ridiculous.Also, the only receipt I got is for the $1 processing fee I paid. So theres no way to know that they process the parcel or not.
