Consistently miss our deliveries either claiming they never received them or just tell us that they delated the order. Really such terrible follow through. Really makes it difficult for us to have reliable product in stock when the general turnaround time for our orders is 3 weeks after we place the order and call them multiple times asking where our order is.

At shipping recieving people are insanely rude..everybody is there in the office..you can stand for whole day and nobody will come to talk to you.....this is really weird. We are in canada.
