I’ve been a regular customer at this store, but unfortunately, I had a bad experience this time.
We ordered 5 units, but the cashier mistakenly charged us for 1 extra unit, making it 6 in total. The store was offering a 25% bonus to loyal customers on top of the usual 50%, which was great. However, when I noticed the overcharge, I returned to the store and showed the receipt. Without even looking at it, the cashier immediately acknowledged that he had charged us for one extra unit.
This situation raises concerns for me, as it seems like a questionable practice. While I don't expect this kind of thing to happen often in reputable stores, it felt like the cashier knew exactly what had occurred.
I highly recommend that customers, especially those purchasing in bulk, be vigilant and always double-check their receipts.

I had visited Under Armour Tempelton, and I was amazed with the service Sagar, sales associate there, gave. Haven’t seen such a hard working person before, he made sure that I got my Shoe sizes as I could not find them, I came to buy 1 pair and I ended up buying 3 pairs because of his exceptional service!!

I was really impressed by the service provided by Sagar. I was looking for a pair of cycling shorts which I couldn’t find and sagar went out of his way even after his shift time was over, to help me find it! Really appreciate the efforts put on by him to make customers happy.

I had the best experience with shopping at Under Armour with Sales Associate named Sagar(alias Ocean), he helped me out throughout my time of shopping at Under Armour outlet( Templeton Richmond) He inspired me to buy even more than I came for , which I think is a great skill!!
He is an Asset and should be rewarded for his hard work.

The quality of shoes is very bad, within 2 months the shoes are ready to trash !! The store manager and the staff ( Templeton store) were not even ready to listen and had wrong attitude towards customer. Well it was my first and LAST purchase from the brand. The staff should have courtesy to talk to customers . BIG NO BRAND !!!!!

I visited the shop around 330-345pm on April 20, 2024.I would like to try the white shoes (US 9). I just take it from the shelf. I have checked that there is nothing in the shoes. When I tried the right shoe, my right foot felt painful. I just found that there is something in my right foot so I use my right hand to pull it out. And my right middle finger also gets hurt. I saw that my right foot sole and the right middle finger were bleeding. The things that got dirty by my blood included your shoe, my shoe, sock and the floor. I stop the bleeding by myself. Finally, I found out that my foot sole gets hurt by the pin of the anti-theft deduction. I feel disappointed in your company. It is really terrible that the pin is inside the shoe. Why is the anti-theft deduction so easy to fall off? I believe a thorough investigation into the matter is necessary and make sure that no one will get hurt from it again.Finally, I think the staff have tried their best to help me but they lack of the knowledge of first aid. There is no first aid kit in the shop. They gave me band aid only. I think the staff feel sorry about it but he doesn’t know what to do.I feel nervous at this terrible moment so I haven’t taken any photos of it.

Today’s visit to Under Armour was a delightful experience, thanks to the warm welcome I received from the girl wearing headscarf. She greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness were evident as she eagerly assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. I was at Under Armour yesterday. The discounts in the store are really nice and the staff too. I was helped by Hafsa who got me my perfect sizes and was very sweet all the time. She was patient with me and had a smile on her face throughout. Keep it up on such staff Under armour! Will surely visit again
