He is always responsive, takes the time to understand the issue, and quickly finds the best solution. Most recently, our car kept stalling and wouldn’t start after short stops. Ed replaced the battery right away, charged us only for the part, and provided a 3-year warranty with free replacement if needed. The service was fast, honest, and professional. “This shop is amazing, from my initial phone call for a quote to the day of repair. Robert was extremely honest from the very beginning, giving me more than one quote on aftermarket parts versus OEM, allowing me to make the decision. The same OEM BMW parts plus labour at Robert’s shop saved me $600 versus the dealership. The front staff is also friendly and kept me updated through text message throughout the repair.
When I came to pickup my car, Robert told me he ran some codes for me as he saw a message on my dashboard. He printed out all the coding messages for me and said he can do all the software fixes in the future. This was not expected and very kind of him. I would recommend anyone to visit this shop.
