A mess of a store, like a war zone with random children sprawled all over the place trashing things. Inaccurate information online saying things are in stock, wasted time coming to the store. Unhelpful staff (and barely any employees)

I bought a stroller from there and when I got home opened the box it was broken I right away went back with that stroller I showed them and they said they can’t do anything they don’t have return policy even if the item is broken! I will never shop there again! Now I’m stuck with $800 broken stroller

Worst buying experience...Inventory shows 2, in stores they say it is wrong and only has 1 that has been obvious opened and returned. Original seal open, 2 tapes inside are all gone.
The workers refused to give an discount, said everything "seems" to be there. Did they count? Of course not. Just told me to NOT buy it...in front of my kid that choose the toy... I bought it at full price...
I am gonna get a new one elsewhere and return it the earliest chance I get to get my money back.
No wonder they are closing left and right...
Sub standard service, overpriced everything, the days of happiness at Toys R US are long gone...

I walked into this location a few days ago with my brother’s family. I saw this stand and had to stop and reminisce my childhood of watching Care Bears on tv. Then all of a sudden I see a clearance tag for grumpy bear WOoHOooO!!!
Yes, you dam right I’m gonna buy my grumpy bear ?

Convenient all in one shopping for kids and babies. Pricier than other options but it's expected so definitely look for the in sale items.

The toy I was looking for wasn't there. The staff was very kind and helped me find it, but it wasn't there.

Good stock on some mainlines. Rares are harder to get. They expanded the inventory themes.

I was halfway in the store with my empty drink in hand that I was planning on disposing when I left and was rudely told by an older female associate that I could not be in the store with it. The sign is for no food/drink so I had assumed it meant any container filled with liquids so I just quickly finished it and thought I could hold my trash while I shopped and dispose of it when I leave. When I asked if the associate could throw it out for me if she didn’t want me to hold it in the store she said it was not for her to do and that I should do it at the food court. (Which is fine but her overall attitude was rude and it felt like I couldn’t hold my trash and browse?) I think any reasonable person would not leave their garbage anywhere. I understand this is your store policy but I’m more angry about the way I was spoken to and there is a better way to speak to people or offer to help customers dispose/provide a waste bin for them to do so before entering. I was only in the store for less than 5 minutes when this happened and it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won’t be coming back.
