I went back to the shop the next day and explained what happened. They were understanding and said it was an issue with their supplier. They refunded me fully before I even asked. I hope they can sort the issue out with their supplier.”
“From the minute I walked into the store I was helped- I don’t normally play with Lego or buy Lego for myself but I needed to come here for a gift for my boyfriend. I went to the minifigure area and built 6 for a custom project I was working on. One of the workers named Alpha (I think) was supper helpful and asked why I was coming in and I explained my project to her and she immediately helped me and brought me different pieces for my project that she thought would fit (my airplane theme). She was amazing- I highly recommend this Lego store. She was awesome and made a non-Lego player like myself want to come in and play. I felt extremely taken care of! Thank you again!”
“I had an amazing time at ToysRus Richmond. ILKA at the baby section went far and beyond. I live faraway but I took the bus, Skytrain to repeat another shopping because of her smile, patience and uniqueness.

“My daughter loves the ORB slime. It’s not sticky, fun to play with plus smells so good! We always stop by and get them however we moved this year, so I called and Tracy is so kind to put the links online within half hour for me to purchase!! If you want a toy and you don’t see it on their website, please call you might just got what you needed like I do.

“Went here today earlier to see if I would be lucky to get the Labubu, however, there was already a long line in front of me, so it made sense that not all of us would all get it. Although it was crowed, however, the lady still managed to greet everyone. The store has a lot of products available, and I was able to pick out a few.

“I love this store! It’s one of the few reasons I go out to Richmond and Aberdeen when I do. However, it’s because I love Re-Ment, particularly the non-character realistic blind boxes (food, grocery, etc.), but I find it takes ages for them to add a new set to the shelves. Along with that, it can be quite pricey including taxes on top of that. Recently, I’ve found myself less interested in coming out because I just see the same old Re Ment sets, but trust if they add more of the ones I like I’ll be coming more often! Same for the gacha machines! Anything miniature and new will bring me in!”
