This is only for the indian employee in shoe section 6:30 PM, November 5th the way you reacted was really unacceptable you are using your phone and then all of sudden you asked did your friend picked up something and to cover up you told that i can replace. It was not my first time in tory burch. We were just buying a gift but just because of your actions I went to the other store. I hope store manger will do something about it.

This happened about 2 months ago and I’m still shocked by the negative experience. Take time to read this.
I was looking at different bags. I was talking to an employee (Elsa- you are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable btw!) and the manager came up to us, cut me off mid sentence and told the employee helping me that she had to go greet another customer at the door. I was left shocked and dumbfounded that she took the employee helping me away to bring more customers into the store. I then spoke with this manager who told me “oh don’t worry about it, don’t let this ruin your day”. Well lady, my day wasn’t ruined because of you but you hurt your store sales. I was planning to purchase more items but because the employee helping me was literally taken away I didn’t have enough information or knowledge to help decipher between the products in the store.
I left feeling frustrated, baffled and apology-less. I will never visit this store again and Tory Burch has now left a sour taste in my mouth. I will shop at Kate Spade, Coach or Micheal Kors instead at this outlet mall.

I went to their outlet and as I was shopping, I had an employee telling me “you cannot eat inside!!” in a very rude tone as I had an ice cream in my hand. Firstly, you must inform people before they enter that food is not allowed instead of rudely approaching someone. I assume that lady was manager or something. Such rude behaviour is not expected from brand representatives like Tory. I have never experienced such attitude in any retail store ever to the point I would go and write online.

I’m not sure how to express my disappointment with this store, as they acted in a way that felt both disrespectful and discriminatory. I frequently shop at McArthurGlen Outlet because it’s pet-friendly, and all the stores welcome dogs. However, when my husband and I were about to enter Tory Burch, we were told that we could bring our small breed dog inside, but our medium breed dog had to stay outside. We were shocked because we’ve never encountered such a policy. All the other stores follow a single standard: either they are pet-friendly, or they don’t allow pets at all. I’ve never heard of a rule where the size of the dog determines if it’s allowed. I was really disappointed with the management of this particular store for choosing salespeople with this attitude.

The lady with the black glasses (check-in people in the store) is such a liar. I was there to make an exchange and unfortunately they didn’t had the piece which made me return my purchase. When I entered the store, she lied that the machine wasn’t working and I should come back after 30 minutes. After going back in the store, she was at the registered and while processing it, the amount of faces she was making and trying to rush me off by snatching my empty shopping bag after the return ( which had my wallet and AirPods) and keeping my cards and stuff on the counter rather than handing it politely to me.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store and this literally makes me hate to shop it from there.

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet store. The staff at the checkout were rude, and one lady kept chatting with the cashier about their schedule, and ignoring the customers. It was very unprofessional and made the whole process frustrating. Despite the nice handbags, the poor service really ruined the visit.

My mother and I were denied entry initially to form a line up outside the store. The store barely had customers inside. A customer left, however the woman at the door didn't want to let us enter. Eventually she stepped away and another clerk ran up to us. She told us to come in quickly. The woman who denied us entry clearly just didn't want us in the store! The clerk helping with the shoes named Ra is amazing. He helped find a cute pair of shoes so I would 10/10 recommend seeking help from him. Cashier clerk was also kind. The conceited attitude of most of the staff is unwarranted, it's just a outlet for Tory Burch. Go to Ra if you must go to this location!

Not plesant experience. Customer cervice at the door was good but when I get my turn to cash register the cashier left with no explanation for a period if time. It is unprofessional and not appropriate at such store. It was only one cashier. I mentioned that I write a revew about the situation thay seemed not care. Unpleasant experience.

Today, Feb 09, at around 4:45 pm visited Tory Burch and had a disappointing experience. My family and I have purchased a lot from this brand specially at Dubai.We purchased two items totaling around $1000 for my aunt and I. At the first we were defined that for each purchase at least $250 we will have a gift bag. When we requested two gift bags for our items, we were informed that only one gift bag was provided per family. Despite explaining that we were two separate families, the staff and manager insisted that we were only one family. We tried to reason with them and asked them to separate our purchases and provide us with two bags because we purchased 2 items, but they refused to accommodate our request. The manager became rude and dismissive, raising her voice and not listening to our concerns. To make matters worse, another person behind her rudely asked me to lower my voice due I had control on my voice.It was disheartening to be treated this way after spending such a significant amount at their store. In the end, we decided to cancel our purchase due to the disrespectful and degrading language used by the manager but she said that ‘’ You want to cancel the purchase because of a bag???’’Their words have caused me great disappointment. It saddens me deeply that due to a request, someone chose to speak to me in such a manner.In addition they didn't open any account for us while something common to ask for membership at the counter…
