i'm so mad of what these stores experiences herei heard here have somethings to get and my sound employee recommand here to get some sourcesi just first time come in and look around and just because i grab a charger passing to check the ipad sections and they screaming and look around meand that male employee Allen just says let him taken that ok I understanding that if you all that horrible then I'm ok with this.then I think I just keep looking around it's pretty unconfortable and wierd for me that they treats me like thatand when I just into check around the audios sections he just standin here so close to me close.to.me when I just.comparing.multiple.times he just questioning.multiple.times.why I need.that what I need.that for,Are you doing something something even I keep not really answering and showing that I just wanna take it and you are just here answering my questions he just not doing anything.when I just look a bit and sit downfrom that 'spy spot reallt close to me'He just walk here actually not move at all just staring me like I'm doing anything bax here even I just comparing and do my own things.says that “”if i do not buying things and keep look around then he gonna kick me out , I seems like not sure of these products " he says it like a exclumation of defined that I'm doing anything or whatthere's 0 customer services but like a stressful rude lose trying to showing of their judgement and fault to use the employee statement as a exclsive to bullying customer.not answering but like a judgementI should been buying many things but now you won't get any of mine.I think it's your things to.serving my not and.never that I'm explain of.these.things.like that I'm doing anything wrong even I'm doing nothing ok and mind my own business.that's makes me so mad and unconforble that my own shopping expirence and looking for the right product he sees as a wierd people doing bad things.when he says that I say is the store gonna closing he says notand i say ok I do need all of these then he says buying it to websites and keep questioning and judgeing me saying why I am using this I didn't think single sound systems need to thisfirst I do not trust you and I don't need to telling you what I'm really gonna.done I already said thatYou think I'm suspicious what?I DO Not need to explain any of my own plan or to you even what I did is I said a little bit but he still keep suspicious my own things and refuse to taken for me.if that's how those store employees behavier by judgeing and questioning people come here to searching by the own things and needs .then sure I'm not spending any coins here cause you

I came into the store to upgrade my phone as it was on it's last legs. Chandni was a great help to me, finding a cheaper plan and an upgrade option. It was extremely easy to transition to a new phone, thanks to her expertise and kindness. I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received. She is indeed a valuable employee! I recently was checking out the different stores for phone plans and possibly a new phone. To my surprise on my last stop I thought why not stop in see what promotions The Source was offering. Ted the young guy working there assisted in helping me through the process. Very knowledgable with the new S24 phones as well as Bell plans which was so far the best deal I came across if your in the market for a new phone provider and smart phone.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at the Richmond Centre on Saturday, January 13, 2024.During my visit, I encountered a staff member who treated me in a rude and impolite manner.i just know one of the staff called Kelvin. but i can’t know another 2 staff information.Specifically, there was an individual wearing casual attire who claimed to be a staff member but refused to provide me with their name or any identification. They stated that they had no responsibility for addressing any inquiries related to online purchases. Due to their refusal to disclose their identity, I am unable to file a formal complaint regarding their disrespectful behavior. However, I did manage to take a photograph as evidence.I am deeply disappointed with the level of customer service exhibited by this particular shop. When I brought my online purchase to the store and inquired about a refund, I felt insulted. Instead of offering assistance, the staff simply provided me with a phone number and instructed me to handle the matter on my own without any guidance or support.I believe it is important to address this issue promptly to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to improve the customer service standards within your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I hope that steps will be taken to rectify the situation and improve the overall customer experience.

Everytime I visit this store, I receive excelllent customer services. Faizal even went above and beyond to get the phone color I wanted as it wasn't in stock at this location hencing saving me gas and time to go to other locations. Thanks!

Phoned to have them put something aside, show up at the store to pick it up and the item is not there. Drove over an hour to pick it up, what a complete waste of my time and gas. Feckless runs deep at this store.

My girlfriend & I both received fantastic deals for new phone plans and IPhones during Black Friday weekend.
