Went in and looking at the 50Gb plan for $29.20 from their white board. Person at the kiosk says its only 1st month and it costs $10 more per month afterwards. So i went on Chatr's website and found out that 1st month is free and the plan should be $34 per month. Blatant lack of knowledge or lies not sure which is worst?

I'd rate the service 0 stars! After waiting for an hour, the representative I spoke to informed me that the deal was only for new customers and did so with a rude attitude.There was no information on the board for people waiting in line. He even rolling his eyes scornfully questioning if I couldn't remember a recent service change. OF COURSE I DO AND I EXPECT A BETTER DEAL AND THATS WHY I AM HERE WAITING FOR AN HOUR! It was a complete waste of time, and the representative's behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant, I don't want to be rude but this experience was making me sick. Specifically, the shorter guy with glasses stood out for his poor service.

system check didn't pass twice and asked me to come to counter directly on the second day. Today I came after work then system check passed,but ask me to wait in line. It was 8:30pm! Were you running of phones just turn me out?! worst service!

Absolutely zero stars!!! This has got to be one of the worst services I've ever encountered. After enduring nearly 2 agonizing hours of waiting, I was forced to leave due to the appalling rudeness exhibited by one of your staff members. Unfortunately, there are two individuals with the same name, so I won't specify which one. However, this person was not just arrogant and rude but also shamelessly dishonest. He blatantly lied in response to my inquiry and callously dismissed me with a casual 'I have no idea.' I get it, the store was a chaotic mess with the Black Friday sale frenzy, and I'm not holding my breath for exceptional service or respect. But here's a reality check - even in the midst of a retail mayhem, lying to customers and treating them like insignificant nobodies is utterly unacceptable.

The mobile shop inside the superstore, number three Road Richmond dealing with the sales guy. Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. He is a very valuable asset to this company. She has a lot of patience and understanding and will explain everything in detail. If you don’t understand something I wanted a certain colour for my new iPhone 15 Pro Max titanium blue and Jonathan got it for me. Unbelievable Jonathan went above and beyond Jonathan called around, and called their distribution centre that’s how I was able to get my brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max Titanium blue, which is the colour I wanted. Jonathan is absolutely incredible so because of him I will continue to come to this location. for all my accessory needs. If anyone else requires any of my friends require any type of accessory or phone I will highly recommend them to go see Jonathan at the mobile shop inside superstore number 3 Road Richmond location, once again, I will say that Jonathan is a very smart, intelligent individual and knows his stuff he went out of his way to get my colour that I desired for my new iPhone iPhone 15 Pro Max titanium blue.
