Kevin was absolutely amazing. I was having issues with my new iPhone 16 pro and after several attempts with other locations and customer service, he resolved the issue for me! He exchanged the phone no questions asked and did it fast and efficiently. I walked in upset with Telus and walked out happy because of him! Thank you Kevin!

I don't have any of your services, you guys phoned this morning, and it woke me up, again I don't have your service, if you phone, I consider it spam, and everytime I get a spam call from telus, one of your stores is getting a one star review. Also I work the graveyard shift, it's hard to get sleep as is.

Poor service. Unscrupulous pirates. Lost a bunch of TV channels recently. Some were subscribed to beyond standard packages. Telus would not turn them back on without additional payment. The only reason I still have Telus service is that is what is provided by my landlord. The FCC should look into this company's business.

I had a wonderful experience at the Telus Mobility store in Richmond Centre. Bien was very helpful and set my family up with a new cell phone plan. He was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get us a great plan. Edwin finished up and was also helpful and answered all my questions. Make an appointment before you go to ensure there will be someone to give you their undivided attention.

Crappiest customer service. Sales rep forgot to tell me he is done for the day after hanging out in the store. And then gave me the stink eye when I asked.

I believe their worst service is due to the main company, Telues. Anyway, do not use Telues unless you have no choice!

Horrible customer service. I checked in at the front with the barcode, and it said they would be with me shortly, but nobody came to help even though I waited for 7 mins. The guy wearing a chain was just sitting there and I had to go up to him to ask for help.
He was impolite, unenthusiastic, unfriendly, and inconsiderate. Someone who doesn't take his job seriously shouldn’t be in customer service.

Unwilling, callous and incompetent staff by the name of Sam! (he’s the Asian guy not the other white guy in the store yesterday).
Went to the store to ask help. I was just transferred my service from Rogers to Telus. Never used Samsung which I dont even know how to open. I’ve been Apple user ever since and zero knowledge about Android.
Sam told me he cannot help, cannot help me to set up Telus app or set up my account on the phone, it’s my responsibility to transfer my account and shoo me away to Samsung store if I want to know about the Samsung product that Telus sold to me.
Perhaps he should work in a place that has zero customer because he either is incompetent or lazy; prolly both!
What a way to start my relationship with Telus!

Worse service ever, phone barely has signals and you must be very careful with their technicians when they come over to fix your internet. They can tell you one thing and note another thing in their system. You end up paying $150 even if it's not something at your fault. Used their internet service for 5 months, already broke down twice. First technician replaced the modem but did not do it right causing the second breakdown. Another technician to came to fix it I end up getting charged for that nonsense.
