I don’t know why this store close the comments section but I still like to share the experience I had this shop.When I was facing what the employees couldn't solve, they asked me to call inside when I called for about 30 minutes, because I was hungry, I ate a little bread, and then they said that I created a mess here here, although I was just sitting on the sofa eating bread. Although the store manager, the black-haired woman casually watched the whole process with the male employee, but did not stop or remind me to watch me eat a bread there and laugh and then let the asian male employee clean me out. Even if I said that if I made this sofa not look good, I could clean it up, I was still cleaned out because they couldn't solve the problems by themselves. I didn't expect that this store not only never repent, but also covered up and canceled the comments, but your poor service and high-priced plans would not be cancelled.

Very poor service. Wanted a Telus prepaid card and they sold me a one that’s running public mobile (only 3G network). Now that the service is not working anymore they just tell me that there is nothing they can do and I have submit a ticket. Why sell someone a much worse prepaid card on a 3G network with barely any price difference than a Telus on a 4G network… I‘m gonna report this shop to Telus/Public Mobile. Sorry but that is not a way of dealing with customers.

Very bad experience, need to go a few times to the store and still can't cancel the service. Sales just promised to do that for you after registering your info, but do nothing.
