The team were great in allowing me to return a chair when after a trial period at home I realize the size and style of it does not fit my body and my need. No question was asked and they refunded the money fully, in particular Cecilia was very helpful throughout the purchase and return services.

Not very professional, no follow up, in the pictures it looks like an actual business but I would not recommend for anyone that is looking to furnish any office other than a home office.

I was blown away by the level of customer service I received at this office furniture store. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect pieces for my office. They even went above and beyond to make sure the delivery and installation process went smoothly. The furniture itself is of the highest quality and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I am deeply disappointed to write a very bad review of Techno Office Furnishings. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, the owner of the company was incredibly rude and judgmental. I was appalled by the way that he spoke to me, and I felt deeply uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and I cannot imagine treating any customer in the way that he treated me.In addition to the owner's behavior, the quality of the furniture that Techno Office Furnishings provided was abysmal. The stock that they had on offer was faulty and of poor quality, and there was very little variety to choose from. It was clear that the owner had not taken the time to curate a selection of high-quality, reliable furniture for his customers.Finally, I must mention that the owner's behavior was not only unprofessional but also racist. I was shocked and appalled by the way that he treated me, and I cannot recommend Techno Office Furnishings to anyone, especially people from diverse backgrounds. His actions were completely unacceptable and have no place in any business.In conclusion, my experience with Techno Office Furnishings was a complete disaster. The owner was rude, judgmental, and racist, and the quality of the furniture on offer was extremely poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I would advise anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere.

Their price are variable, they set up the price based on your cover, you may pay double as the others. All customers need to be careful! Their products are all from China, zero quality at all. I would spend my mony on IKEA rather than these garbage.

Excellent source for office furniture. Their staff are surprisingly helpful. The price was great, the quality is stellar, and the delivery and installation was smooth as butter. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking for decent office furnitures.

Decent selection & range of prices (middle to high-ish end stuff). Excellent staff and customer service. They stock everything and deliver on time within your schedule, which is a big deal for reserving condo's elevator (most vancouver shops will take a few months to make the thing and ship it to you, here you're looking at a <7 day turn around).
