T&T Supermarket’s bakery department in Richmond is a hidden gem for cake lovers! Their selection of custom cakes is impressive, offering both traditional and modern designs. I especially enjoyed the Hong Kong-style cakes, which are soft and flavorful. The Japanese-style cakes are light, airy, and beautifully presented, making them perfect for special occasions. Whether you need a custom cake or just a sweet treat, the quality and variety here are excellent. The staff is friendly, and the service is always prompt and helpful.

If there’s anything less than a star I will give it but here’s the one star
I I finished my groceries and after a while, I was checking out and the cashier forced me to buy the expensive bag and she told me the other bags are not for sale while I saw like in front of me she sold one bag to the guy right before me I asked her why you don’t tell me the other less expensive she said it’s not for sale and then she just insisted that I take the two dollars bag and she kept giving me weird looking looks her name is Bing BING I did buy these bags before another TNT locations but I think this woman she just didn’t want to deal with me. I will never go back to shop at that location again I told.

It's cleaner and less crowded than the one in Lansdowne. I gave it three stars because you have to pay the parking fee first and get a small ticket to get it waived. It's really troublesome. Can't there be a dedicated parking space like a bank or something like that? If not for this reason, I would definitely go to this place every time.

Very bad shopping experience
The cashier's attitude is pretty bad
I didn’t bring a bag. I wanted to exchange points for it and said I didn’t have it. When I asked to buy a bag, I said I didn’t have one.

T&T’s 13$ “Dried pork meat” (cured) is a cheaper alternative to beef jerky (by ~ >300%) when thinly sliced!
