After phoning three repair places in Richmond, speaking to Jeff at Synapsis was a breathe of fresh air in regards to professionalism: communication, integrity and knowledge. They fixed my Lenovo laptop hardware issue in ten minutes while I waited. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Wouldn't even think about buying any type of computer from anyone other than "Synapsis". We have purchased 4 laptops, 2 desktops and 2 monitors from "Synapsis" and couldn't be happier. Fantastic and ongoing professional service after the purchases from the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended...
