Putting aside the fact that I love this brand so much. Their associate Tara was really helpful she helped us patiently to look through everything and find what we were looking for. I went to other store before and their associate were rather rude and did not help me at all. I showed her my ring and when she saw it she immediately offered help and we realized as their policy suggests we can exchange my ring that was damaged because it was within the year we bought it. I want to say a big than you and I hope they know having a great associate helps big time. Ps: we ended up purchasing over $600 worth of jewelry.Thank you Tara

This place is terrible service. If you want to buy something, recommend to go different location otherwise you will be offended. I was looking for iPhone case and called to this location. She answered if you don't know article number, we can't find out even though she didn't ask anything what type of items or color. I said "So you don't try to ask anything if I don't know article number?". She sounded like mad and unwillingly asked me some. There was also the stock in there at that time then next day I called again to keep the item. Different associate answered its not selling anymore...... '"??????" I explained there was in stock yesterday but she just says No selling. I felt very weird and asked her name but she didn't wanna say and hanged up suddenly...after that I called to other location of course these is still selling. I like SWAROVSKI items and usually spending so much money but I am sure never come back to this location!!!

I did not have a good experience at this store, I felt very upset with the service I received after leaving. I received a lovely Christmas gift (a necklace and earring set) from my aunt, however I did not like the colour inside of the necklace. Online, I saw that this location had a similar necklace set in a colour I liked and for the same price. My aunt did not get me a gift receipt but gave me the receipt to get an exchange. I went to store excited to get this new set, but the experience I had just ruined the set for me and makes me upset just looking at the set. I walked in and was barely greeted. I asked the lady to do an exchange for me. She barely said two words to me before leaving me to help a different customer (ones that were looking at pricer items). I am young and was not dressed up in expensive clothing; I felt that was the reason I was going getting help from this sale associate. I asked another sales rep to help me out because I did not want to wait around for the first lady. The first lady noticed and then came to help me again. I would have much rather she didn't because she was very rude to me. She explained to me that my return could not happen because it was an online order. I understand this BUT the way she said this me was rude and in a tone that made me feel stupid. She kept asking me "what are you going to do" and made rude comments about the set my aunt originally gifted me like "this is a very old set". I ended being able to get the exchange the way they asked me to do it. At the end, the lady didn't even ask me if I wanted a bag or to wrap up the set. She just handed me the set and left to help out another customer. And on my way out (I was clearly unimpressed) she kept shouting have a good day, to which I didn't respond because I was over the service. It really sucked that a simple exchange could not have been handled in a kind way or that they ruined the experience of my receiving my first set from this store. The sale associate on my receipt says "Cathy".

Visited the store on January 27th, at 8:30 pm,I am customer of swarovski for 7 years, and I got the worst customer service in this location from short black hair supervisor, never recommend this location
