awful experience with the online customer service (not in store) - purchased online, a week later they cancelled my order and gave no good solutions, refund process was long and hard as well. Awful customer service, haven’t replied to my emails trying to solve their issue, and now won’t reply to my emails requesting to cancel the order all together.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my order and I was being helped by Avis, who was very understanding and actually cared about my concerns. His knowledge about sneakers was impressive, but it was his charming personality and enthusiasm that truly captivated me.Ricky went out of his way to help me find the Phantoms. His dedication was admirable, and when he finally located a pair in my size, I was thrilled. Bought a pair of shoes online, received a different colour way of the shoe in the mail. They told me they don’t actually carry that colour listed and pictured online. Only would give me 25$ off my order for this. Still have the wrong product on the website.Staff on the phone were very polite and helpful, not their fault!

Ordered some Pebble White/Black Air Force 1s through this site. Shipping was fairly quick, and they fixed it quickly for me when I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Their customer service is great and they regularly offer good deals on stuff that you might not usually find on sale. Site is legit and trustworthy. Would definitely buy from here again!

Great place to cop a pair sneakers and very nice clothing. I came in last week and a worker named NicK L. helped me pick out a pair of shoes, He was very friendly and really helpful and overall made the experience go a lot smoother and enjoyable. 10/10 would visit again.
