I will never visit this location again. The person name Sukh was so rude to us. We went there to buy chair she denied to help us instead started arguing with us. I visited many other locations but she was the person who don’t have any idea what is customer service ? Sukh, if you can’t help customers; retail is not meant for you.

Meena at printshop was very professional and friendly, she helped me out to print exactly what I need, and she was very patient as she waited for me to complete all jobs before the store close. Thank you Meena!

The Good:- Plenty of parking spaces- Store is pretty well stocked on most products, so it's easy to find what you're looking for- Staff can be quite friendly and helpfulThe Bad:- Printing service and parcel receiving seems to be handled by the same team, but they often times look understaffed. Service can be quite slow and I've waited over 15min to be acknowledged even when there's nobody else in line- Not really the fault of the store, but this location's parking lot exit has a huge choke point with majority of people making a left turn. I'd say the overall design of the places along this road is quite poor for driving

I left a book of sheet music at the printshop to be coil-bound. The end product is sloppy at best. The pages are not at all aligned and stick out in every direction. It’s usable, but the workmanship is embarrassing. Definitely would not use this service again.

This place never picks up the phone. Been trying to call them multiple times, on multiple days, and no one picks up. When I go to the store it looks like there's plenty of people working so I don't understand. I'm trying to get a hold of someone to ask if the FedEx truck has come to pick up my package as the tracking isn't updated on my end and it's already evening time.

We are extremely disappointed today with all the non sense. Such a worst customer service and the way they tried to cheat us completely unacceptable. Not indirectly, they are directly infront of other customers only trying to cheat us such a shameless fellows. Do not go or at least try for their Bell mobile services or any kind of mobile connections. They have 0 knowledge and ridiculous behaviour.I am telling Staples I know you don’t care of customers but if you don’t fix my Samsung fold 5 issue by tomorrow i will give you these kind of reviews every day. Whatever you think of warning or order your wish but I will show you what a customer can do.

Rajan's customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend; if anyone want to buy any tech product consult him. I had an amazing experience at this store.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with an employee named Sukh. Not only did she accuse me of being rude, but she also gave me information that was completely at odds with what her coworkers had told me just the day before. This kind of inconsistency and unwarranted accusation is unacceptable. Sukh's performance was abysmal, and I would strongly advise against seeking assistance from her in the future.

Sukh went above and beyond in helping our family during such a difficult time. We needed funeral service cards printed for a family member and Sukh made sure that everything was completed in not only a timely and efficient manner, but also with care and understanding. Her warm and compassionate presence is truly remarkable and we are so grateful that she was able to help us during this time. I hope that everyone is able to have someone like Sukh in their life, during a time like this.

Really bad customer service. The employee there named Paul was so rude. He’s very bad with dealing with customers. He was so unhelpful and was ignoring me with my questions and not even answering them properly. I was lined up to ask him something and he kept helping other people who arrived after me, IGNORING ME acting like I didn’t exist, while standing there for so long. Someone needs to train him properly and he shouldn’t have a job with customer service if he can’t even do his job. So rude and will definitely never come back to this location. He Ruined my experience at this staples.

This place in particular is so disappointing because this is my second time facing this and with the same lady. Last time it was because of a picture and this time I went to ask regarding banners and I couldn’t get any answer from her. She didn’t know what we were asking and then she just told us to look online. When I told her I want to see it physically to get a rough idea she looked so annoyed. Was that too much to ask? And she just went away saying to call her when we decide! Horrible

I went to this location to have some printing and booklet binding support. I stood at the service desk for 5 minutes while two workers were behind the desk. It was clear that they were troubleshooting an account access issue, this is reasonable as it can happen at any business. The reason I am giving them 1/5 stars is because neither of them acknowledged me, made an effort to explain that they are working on resolving an issue, and that they would be able to help in in ‘x’ amount of time. It was as if I didn’t exist - no eye contact as they walked directly by me. Incredible lack of customer service. Do not go to this location unless you like to be ignored. Very disappointed - I will be bringing my services to another business.

FedEx drop off location. So easy with prepaid label..just drop off by 4 and it will picked up that same day!

Absolutely horrible atrocious customer service from all 3 people I spoke to. I'm not sure if they'd ever had a customer before, they were absolutely baffled by everything I asked them to do.
