Probably, one of the worst staff/team I have ever seen in Canada. I was trying to get a print in a specific size, I called for help, there were good 7 people (including manager) near the printers; but none responded. They were busy discussing about their home rents, what they got for lunch and gossipping about other colleagues. A staff who is pregnant was standing at the counter who helped me, she was standing there for hours-while these people were busy gossipping.
Hope that whole team of individuals act more professional and do their jobs dedicatedly. How could staples have such employees???

Yesterday I tried Staple's printing service. The customer service staff named Dev was great and very patient. He explained the printing prices carefully, gave preferential policy tips, and was considerate of customers in every aspect. Although he only printed two or three copies in the end, he was not bored or angry at all. Thank you very much for his service and hope to see him again next time.

This is a very busy Staples and I was really impressed this week by the team in the print services area. I made an error when I submitted my corporate print order and Paul and Meena were very patient with me and Suhk went above and beyond to help me resolve it.

Terrible experience to go in to this staples. Staff is more interested in talking to each other in their own native tongue, then attending to customers.
If you try to force someone to help, that person is unable to communicate in English. Lost cause this location.

I came to this location to get something laminated and was pretty disturbed. All the staff were just playing on their cell phones and when someone finally got around to helping me, they told me it would be 10 minutes so I went to the washroom and immediately walked out. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in an eternity. Ew
The quality of the lamination was really good though ?

Incredible customer service from Miftah, who patiently helped me pick a chair despite my indecisiveness and my bickering with my parents lol. It's nice to have help from someone who truly cares about which purchase is right for what you need, is genuinely enthusiastic about his job and shows expert knowledgr and experience. Thanks a ton!

Came in to get some printing done and needed some help. Chetali was so helpful and kind! 10/10 customer service, she knew a lot about printing and made it really simple for me. Her knowledge and kindness makes me want to keep coming back to this staples!
