BIG ZERO!
Worst leadership at this location !
I wanted to return my unused slippers in the box within the return policy time (only bought item 2 days ago).
I had email receipt only, they said they DO NOT returns without physical copy of receipt , I questioned what’s the point of email copy ?????
The sales person not helpful at all, they told me to email softmoc company (what a joke)!
However I went to my local soft moc store .. and they returned item without no issues .
Looks like this is specific rule of NO returns only applies at this Richmond location .
Warning everyone please AVOID this location they are going against SOFTMOC return policy , and making up there store specific rules !

I would give a big “Zero”…horrible return policy only at this location. We had an email receipt and the clerk said the email receipt is not compatible for returns. Then why do give email receipts??? The worker was not helpful had no clue tried to speak to a manager she said email the address on the receipt (are you joking me)…very poorly managed!!! It’s probably to make their quarterly numbers for a store bonus for the least amount of returns?!?. Avoid this location at all costs. I hope the regional manager reads this absolutely poor customer relations—they’ll sell but if you want to return (ours was completely unused from the box)-we found a similar shoe cheaper at another store in the same mall. I’ve warned you. They’ll probably add an automated AI reply “Hope to see you again” ya right pathetic!

The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, providing insulting service. The styles were unattractive, and many sizes were out of stock. This store is a complete letdown, and I would never recommend it!

came to write a 1 star review due to the terrible, borderline insulting service received at the shop, only to find a whole bunch of other reviews complaining about the terrible service. I suppose I am not the first, and definitely won't be the last person to write something to warn people about the utterly unbearable service at this place. If you need shoes, please take your business somewhere else, the service here is not worth your time and energy.
