Not allowed to have product inspection, no return although the 2 pillows which cost me $ 535.36 CAD does not fit, unfortunately it happens, put it into storage instead! I won't come again.As requested, I had wrote a email to CS of Sleep Country a few days later, but no reply after that!

Had the best customer service experience at Sleep Country! Our sales rep was Louisa and she provided me with the most exceptional service, from analyzing my sleep posture to recommending each type of bed that would suit my sleep style the most. Louisa was really patient and knowledgeable, having her help me choose my mattress made my sleep so much better. If you have trouble looking for a mattress that suits you, look no further, go to Lansdowne and ask for Louisa!

This is my first time to purchase from Sleep Country, it’s a very great experience and it just came across Labour Day and back to school Sale. The manager Gee from Lansdown store, she has over 10 years old working experience at Sleep country and has very good product knowledge including the measurements of different countries’ mattress. She would base on customer’s need to recommend the product, not the way very pushy and hard selling. She also would let you think about it instead of making decisions right away. She is very patient to listen and recommend what you need. She is very honest to tell you the sizes fit your bed or not. She would call back any missed call see if any customers change her/his mind on the order. I purchased two mattresses for my kids and all beddings for them and myself. Highly recommended

I personally purchased a great mattress from sleep country last year, and didn't expect Customer Service to be at this level. I recommended my sister in law to the store, since my parents and I had a good experience with their mattresses, my sister in law, who did not speak english bought a floor model which sounded almost too good to be true, of course we didn't get to see it, sales person Louisa was so friendly, so kind when selling the mattress to us ensuring there will only be cosmetic damages to the mattress. When asked if the model is in the store, she says no, but it will be delivered to our place.We thought, oh okay so the colors may be off a bit or have some stains that's alright, only to find holes at the bottom of the mattress. Yes, it's not on top, but it could easily get bigger with the fabric being so thin, exposing the bottom of mattress.Fun fact: The delivery person told us directly that he actually came from the exact location we visited, which was interesting since this mattress 'wasn't in the store.'The next thing you know Store Person laughed a little when I called to ask about whether or not there's anything we could do about that, and directed us to Customer Service saying 'this doesn't go through us', which was a total nightmare. Not only was the Customer Service Representative not understanding, she just kept repeating 'yes we have reviewed it and the holes are just cosmetic damages, therefore we cannot exchange that for you, and there's nothing more we could do about it'.When I asked if there's anything that can be done, being polite and all, she said 'listen, you already got a big margin discount off of a floor model which would be on the fine print.' I told her it would be something I would consider in the future when coming back to Sleep Country again with a representative speaking with that attitude, have a great day. Tauntingly, she replied 'have a great day to you too.'Not that this comment would do anything, but wow Sleep Country, I didn't expect the horrible experience from you. You made this mattress sound like we bought it for $100 when it was almost $900.***Just a caution for everyone, when the salesperson recommends any floor model to you, tell you it's not available in the store so you cannot see it, and make it sound like it's easy to get through their Customer Service if there's actually a problem with mattress because it's so great, and there wouldn't be much problem with the mattress, don't believe them. It is unacceptable customer service, it was anything to get the sale, really.I hope these conversations were recorded, because it's really worth to listen for training purposes.Thank you Sleep Country, with those conversations, we will gladly share our experiences with others, never visit your store and would never recommend anybody to you again.

We met Gee and Louisa and they were extremely helpful and kind in helping us with our mattress order.I highly recommend purchasing in store vs online. We made the mistake by purchasing online and wished we had just gone into the store to make our purchase.I've gone into other sleep country stores (richmond center) where the sales associates were not helpful which is why we decided for online.However our online experience became a nightmare, Gee and Louisa were so patient with us and helped us find solutions to get the mattress today.

Went to pick a mattress for my niece. The sales lady Gee analyze her sleeping position. Meanwhile I asked Gee to see how I lie down as I have Veritgo. I sleep with 3 pillows to prop myself in a sitting position. My back, neck shoulders, arms are so sore as i slept like that for 6 months. She got me to lie on an electic adjustable bed with 1 pillow....Wow!! Bought it & my pain has eased. So happy with Gee's expertise, knowledge & friendliness. My niece also is so happy with her new mattress as well. Great Service at Lansdowne Sleep Country

Great service, Louisa helped me select 2 pillows to help improve my sleep. I ended up getting the Purple pillow and the Simba pillow. The purple pillow gives great support and my frozen shoulder is now improving and almost fully better. The Simba pillow is also great when I want a little bit of a fuller pillow. Since using these two pillows, my average REM increased from 1 hour 8 minutes to 1 hour 31 minutes, my deep sleep increased from 39 minutes to 56 minutes, time asleep decreased from 8 hours 37 minutes to 6 hours 48 minutes. I feel so much more rested and can concentrate so much better. And as a bonus I have almost 2 hours of time back every day. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

I had a bad experience in this sleep country shop on April 18, 2023. I entered the store to purchase a king-size pillow for myself at round 7pm. I tried 3 different pillows and I was satisfied with the third one; thus, I decided to go with it. The sales person (I don’t know her name) provided me with a pillow within a box and told me this was final sale, so I was not able to open the box before paying for it. I was fine and I paid for my pillow. However, after I arrived home and opened the box - this was not the pillow that I wanted to purchase!!! It was the second one that I tried, but I told the sales person that I wanted the third one!!! It was final sale and it costed me $167.33. ☹️

Bought a bed from Louisa Lau the other day and she was super nice. she helped me compare the beds around my budget, let me lie down and try each bed. Although, she was serving like 3 customers at once she was still really patient and nice to me while explaining the different functions the pros and cons of each style. totally satisfied with the new bed i have. The best experience we could have had buying a mattress was at sleep country in lansdown, Louisa Lau is the best salesperson in the world!!!!!. We are grateful to her.
