We were not noticed when we entered. However, that wasn't a big deal. We were rushing to pick our mattress, so we just started trying around. Then this salesman wing chow rushed to us, apologize for not noticing us. We said multiple times, "we can just look around ourselves," as we already feel uncomfortable but his forceful attitude, but he just won't leave us alone. When we finally made the choice, not only he is not familiar with the payment system, he was rude during the whole check out process, looked very miserable in his job, and shoo us off the second the payment has been done. I didn't want to make a fuss about it, but this dude really shouldn't be in the sales industry. Making customers unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Work on the smile, consider what your customer needs, and leave a friendly impression. I will definitely not go back to the same shop, nor will i ever recommend anyone going. I prefer the one in burnaby so much better.

I had a great experience shopping in this store. The people here are really nice and helpful. Thanks to Vera, I got my mattress delivered in just 3-4 days without any problems. The knowledge she had about the mattress and products is incredible. I’ll definitely shop again.

We had great experience at Bridgeport location today. Lilian was very helpful explaining all the differences between the types of mattresses. We ended up leaving the store with a brand new mattress!

DANNY ZHANG was the rudest, most incompetent person I have ever met. He’s lazy and just straight up the worst salesperson. We ended up buying from another because he wasted our time.

I went to a few SC locations before finally came across this one and I am really happy that I went in. Shoutout to Danny Zhang who made my mattress shopping journey beyond easy and satisfying. He helped me seal the deal with a reasonable price and proceeded my order with effificieny and professionlism. This was my third mattress from Sleep Country. Recently moved to a new city and bought a nice firm queen sized mattress here. There was an issue with my delivery initially, but they were able to internally fix the issue. I am pleased with my purchase.
