I’m dumbfounded that there is 5 star experiences and then 1 star? How can that be? Perhaps Sleep Country should up their game on consistent customer service by having one standard and all the stores and staff adhere to it. My experience is a 10 star rating and thanks to Elana at the Richmond, BC (Coppersmith) location, I received the best service when choosing a mattress and then when the product didn’t cut it, is when I really saw after sales service at its finest. Elana and Sleep Country went the extra mile and I’m grateful. I’ve been a loyal customer for 30 years and I keep coming back. Thank you.

My partner and I visited Sleep Country to look for a new mattress because our old one had been causing a lot of back pain and even led to an injury. Eleana provided an exceptional experience throughout our visit. During my experience with this company, I encountered a situation that put their customer service and warranty promises to the test. Initially, the 10-year warranty offered by this business sounded reassuring and was a significant factor in my decision to purchase. However, the true nature of their customer service became apparent when I faced an issue with their product.My problem began when the springs of my bed unexpectedly popped up, a clear defect that I assumed would be covered under the warranty. Expecting a straightforward process, I was surprised by the company's response to my claim. Despite the clear failure of the product, my request for service was denied based on a minor and unrelated issue: a small stain on the mattress. This rejection felt like a deliberate attempt to find any possible reason to avoid honoring the warranty promise.The experience was disheartening and highlighted a significant discrepancy between the company's advertised promises and their actual service. The warranty, which was supposed to provide peace of mind for a decade, turned out to be far less reliable in practice. It seemed as though the company's primary goal was not to support their customers or stand by their products but rather to evade responsibility for defects.

I'd give negative stars if it were an option, I've never left a bad review in my life but my experience with this location has tarnished the name for all sleep country locations. Do yourself a favour and if your concerned about comfort buy from COSTCO ... don't waste your time.

Went here to buy a pillow. I am having trouble knowing what to buy So I came here based on the ads that I will get my needs met. Four guys standing around ignored me. One guy asked me what I wanted and threw four pillows on a bed and walked away. No one noticed me slowly walk away and leave. I guess I wasn't going to be a mattress sale so they didn't care.

I just got home from purchasing a mattress at this location. Let me tell you. If you need a new mattressand just don’t want to deal with pushy salespeople.This is the place to go to! If you’re ever at this store for a new mattress etc or just want to know more on what you need ask for Roy. He was so pleasant to speak to and have a vast knowledge in this field without being pushy at all!Thank you Roy!!! You’re a big asset for this company!

If you are looking for rudely behavior, or the staff who they don't work coordinate toghether or want wast your time for 2 hours for a small financing process which must just take 15 minute not 2 hours and after that they say we can't do that for you or if you want Tony ask you everything tons of times and doesn't know what's going on WELCOME TO SLEEP COUNTRY RICHMOND.

Box spring arrived ripped.
They provided an upgrade for the replacement, but when it arrived the driver wanted to charge me for taking away the old box spring.
He contacted Sleep Country who indicated haul away was already paid for.
Not the best experience.

Tony at the Ironwood location was very helpful when we were deciding which beds to purchase and when we encountered delivery issues. When I contacted him about the issue, he was on his day off, but seeing that the issue was quite urgent, he dealt with it for us that day and was able to get it resolved. I give Tony 5 stars for his dedication to his work and customer service. I am giving the company 4 stars though as the product was great, but they had the inventory issues which caused delays in delivery.

My partner and I were coming in to check out some pillows and Benny gave us such a wonderful experience and was very knowledgeable on the products and how our body works when we were sleeping!
