“My husband and I visited the Richmond branch of Kintec to buy our very first pair of HOKA shoes. Their stock is somewhat limited, but plenty for what we were looking for. Customer Service was top notch. Evelyn who greeted us was very knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to help us find our lifestyle shoe with a perfect fit. The shoes are amazing and very comfortable. Foot scanning was pretty cool, and the costs of the new footwear were very reasonable.

“I visited this store to purchase a pair of running shoes. As a beginner runner I wasn't sure which one to get as there are a lot of options and it can get quite overwhelming. The staff asked me what I needed and provided some recommendations. He helped me with sizing and encouraged me to try different styles to see which is more comfortable.

“Very courteous and quite knowledgeable about their product offerings. I bought a pair of shoes here and spent a long time over an hour trying on different sizes and models based on my needs and their informative recommendations. At no time was I made to feel rushed to make a purchase, the staff was very accommodating. A shoe exchange several months later (a manufacturer issue, nothing to do with the store) was handled with a smile promptly seeing to my concerns and far exceeded my expectations.
I am very happy to have found this store and will continue to purchase shoes here and give recommendations to family and friends to shop here as well.

Take a look at Nike’s brand space experience and services!”
“People are nice, but have trouble answering questions in English, recommend not coming unless you already know what you want. No custom made things for at least a year due to the doctor being away, only over the counter things. Price seems reasonable.”

“AMAZING JOB LIZ!!! This past weekend we were at this store looking for a jacket for my daughter who was very particular in what she wanted. My daughter wanted a specific colour which they didn't have. Liz took it upon herself to bring several alternative options for my daughter. My daughter declined the suggestions. Undeterred, Liz checked other stores and online, and found the last one in the exact style, colour and Superpuff jacket my daughter wanted.
