Shavim was super nice and helpful. I really appreciate his help with my banking issues within his scope of work. The manager also who explained and help me understand my concerns was very nice and informative.

Recently visited the Scotiabank at this location, my go-to spot for its convenience. This time, the ATM was out of order, leading to a massive line and significant waiting time. Despite this, the staff remained friendly and attentive.
