Item was not flyer price, when shown the flyer to the lady at self checkout she proceeded to give runaround excuses that didn't make sense. No one at customer service. This is the WORST Save-On in Richmond by far!

Went in to buy some chopped cabbage (those in sealed plastic bags and in the fridge) but found that they are all expired a day ago. With no choice, i bought 2 bags of bagged coleslaw instead. Went home and opened them up, both bags are sour, and are apparently stale. Don't buy fresh produce here!

Tomahawk was $65 vs Seafair meats which was half the size and it cost $102
Pre marinated pork tomahawk was tender and delicious. It had souvlaki marinade.

I just left the Save On food here. The guy named Sam, who has glasses and is bald working at the service desk was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I accidentally knocked a signage on the counter over immediately apologized. He walked over and GLARED at me super aggressively. I apologized again and he rolled his eyes continued glaring. Seriously? Please calm down.
Edited: Spoke with the store manager who was super friendly. It was the Lotto sales guy renting the booth and not an employee

Nice grocery store to find a lot of produce and products. It also has a bakery, meat section and salad/soup station. They also have an International grocery section which has lot of Mexican, Indian, Thai and other products. Additionally they have a pharmacy and beauty sections. The store is organized and well maintained. Staff is courteous and friendly. The pricing is fair. It has a large free parking lot in the strip mall. Very well worth the visit. Highly recommend.

I love shopping at the Ironwood SAVEON, the store is always so well organized and the staff are very knowledgeable. If I need to find something, the staff actually take me right to where the item is, well done!!!
