An order I had placed with RJ was undelivered due to the courier’s error. RJ followed up with the courier in a timely manner, kept me updated during the process and sent out a replacement for the order. They have shown above average customer service.
Even though I live on the opposite end of the country, I do travel through Vancouver often and plan to stop by to say hello when possible next.
I will continue to provide my business to RJ.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Brought a heritage tabletop clock with swinging pendulum to repair when the old man was there. Battery powered and pedulum no longer swinging. Not only could he not fix it, he damaged and lost parts he couldn't find. Incompetent creep!
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
The Bay store across the street does a much better job, and that's where we and others bring ALL of our business.

We worked with the team at Russel to source two watches for my wedding. One for my brother (groomsman) and myself. They had to be green seikos and Russel jewellers had it. They not only allowed us to try on several other watches but they took the time to explain everything to us and how to use the watches. They stayed open past closing to ensure we were happy and the watches fit perfect. This is a family owned place that truly cares about the customer. 10/10

Awesome experience shopping here for my second watch. As someone who just started watch collecting, I really appreciated the time and patience Alvin took to walk through the watch itself and make sure I’m comfortable wearing it. Loving my Seiko SSK023! Amazing GMT option and so easy to read.
Thank you to Christy as well who patiently allowed me to try on multiple watches that I was curious to check out.

Walked in here one day due to an old referral and walked out all smiles and an entirely new outlook on our preset styles.
Sometimes you walk into a place and are just set at ease by the sheer passion that oozes out of every sentence by the staff. They're all so incredibly thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us.
Shoutout to Harrison, Micah, and Alvin!
Walked out 3 watches richer.

I came to Russell Jewellers to change my Seiko watch battery, it is my first time visit the store, really good impression, they are so kindly, polite, friendly talk to you and reasonable fee, I like the store, I believe I will come again. Support local store, highly recommend.

If you ever come down to Russell Jewellers you HAVE to go find Harrison.
To start, I was looking for Seiko watches, and this family owned store had a variety of them to choose from. From Seiko 5’s to other brands that I can’t even remember the name of, this store definitely has a solid selection. What’s even more solid is their customer service.
Throughout my time there, Harrison was extremely thoughtful and patient in helping me pick out the perfect gift. His positive attitude and knowledge for watches was what led me to make my purchase and to be completely honest I wish I could go back in time and purchase my watch all over again. Seriously… his customer service was THAT good. I really appreciated his honesty and all of his recommendations throughout my time there!!!

Supper friendly watch sellers. Was there 4 times always do their best to help. As well bring my friend to choose his first watches (he was choosing for 40 min) as a result seller help him to find 3-4 models what he is interested in and probably will take one of them soon.

Hi! Everyone I had take my watch to this store to charging battery and when I pick up my watch is not mine and the one of the worker said you recognize yours own watch ? If there still have my watch I want it back , so can you retune it to me please .
This watch is my brother given to me as present and someone in this shop taken to himself .this store can not trust .so I am waiting for my watch back .
