Unprofessional. I called the reception to put me through sales, but instead it was hung up after being on hold for long time. Seems they are short staffed and not able to have a proper customer service.

Top notch in so many ways. We just purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Onyx in Offshore Blue. A very sought after trim level and colour. Most of these are sold before they hit the showroom floor as I soon learned after inquiring with most of the dealers in the Lower mainland. From the very first contact Angus was very professional and worked hard to get us exactly the car we were looking for. It took some time as the only ones available were still in transit from Japan. Angus was in constant contact with me through calls and texts to keep me well informed throughout the process. He even offered us a higher trim model at a good price but unfortunately we were stuck on the colour we wanted so we had to turn it down and continue to wait on our car. All negotiations were completed well before the car arrived and the pickup and process was enjoyable.
Big shout out to the finance department on getting us a competitive rate and the low pressure on various other options and packages. This was way nicer than any other finance department I’ve dealt with in the past.
Thanks also to sales manager Water who seems to allow his sales staff make deals that just aren’t possible at some of the other dealerships around.
Again to mention Angus who went through the car and it’s many features and encouraged us to call him night or day on his personal phone if we have questions or concerns. This is definitely a place to check out before you buy your next Subaru.

We felt we got a great deal coming here. The combination of Vik, Water, and Angus as a sales team beat any other dealerships' offer for our trade-in. Any discrepancies during the deal or transaction were promptly dealt with and in the end, everything that was promised in terms of car model, colour, and price was delivered. Highly recommended.

Dealing with finance in this location has been exemplary! Although there were unforeseen hiccups during the transaction that were out of the dealerships control. Christina has proven to go above and beyond for me and my family and has shown us outstanding customer service. She went out of her way to get me an approval in a timely manner whist dealing with technical difficulties. I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership 1000 times over just for the service.
