Tom and Cassandra were very helpful and efficient, especially considering that I came in during the last half hour of the day on a weekend. They appraised and bought a watch from me for a generous price, so I could not be happier with them. I highly recommend Richmond Luxury and Loan to anyone who needs to sell some jewelry!

I don't understand the experience of people. They have always been on point with me. Compassionate and understanding considering the situation. They were even sympathetic towards my situation. I have been in some bad places, and this by far is not one of them. Extremely fair and good-hearted owners.

To be honest, I was extremely excited to visit this store after reading the reviews in regards to customer service. Unfortunately I was disappointed. After ringing the doorbell \\u0026 finally entering through 2 delayed locked doors (extra security) we were inside with all their luxury items for purchase. There was no real customer service, looked at my piece of jewelry \\u0026 weighed it, looked at it, placed in on the counter directly not on a cloth, offered me a quote well below imo of its worth for loan. The Man seemed annoyed when I enquired about his name \\u0026 replied my name is Tom. To which I said yay Tom I read all about your excellent customer service on line. I felt very small when he did not enquire what my name was in return. Perhaps my ring was of zero interest to him \\u0026 his company. Oh well, It is my peragotive \\u0026 I chose to go to another pawnshop, where they actually went out of their to make me feel comfortable in an already stressful situation. I highly recommend AAA Pawnbrokers on Main Street!!!!

I inherited a number of gold coins and needed to sell them. After some considerable research I discovered on their website that Richmond Luxury and Loan offered the best price, updated every day to reflect the market. I contacted Tom by phone and discovered how professional, friendly and helpful they were. Though I was still a bit concerned how legitimate they were, so I read reviews and looked at competitors online. The next day I visited their Richmond location. Highly secure and absolutely above board, Tom and Alex were very experienced, professional and answered all of our concerns. We received exactly what they promised on line and did it in a very business like way. It was a very interesting and positive experience. You can trust their expertise and methods, don't hesitate to try them out.

If you have real jewelry not costume, designer hand bags, expensive watches, gold jewelry, and you want to turn it into cash. They will pay cash for your items. Gold is paid out at the current daily rate. And they have a device that can determine if your gold is 10K, 14K 18K 24K or fake and will pay you accordingly.

Took the wife to look at handbags, before going somewhere to sell some gold, but the professional service by Tom, honesty was refreshing. Everything is done individually and written down, rate and prices are all printed out to see. Time was given for her to decide no rush, highly recommend them if your looking to sell. Looking to have original jewelry made met Alex, has a genuine passion for his profession, ho check them out.

Worst place to go ...The workers are very rude and don't respect customers...plus not a reliable place ..I got much lesser price for my precious stuff...
