Definitely doesn’t take walk-ins despite signage. Came at 3:30pm and was told to come back in 20 minutes. This is understandable but when I came back around 4 no one answered the doorbell so I called the number and was told to wait 5 minutes. I stood outside until 4:10pm only to be ignored. My assumption is that they probably didn’t want to provide a quote for my gold bangle and decided it was better to waste my time instead.

It was a good experience for me when I sold some old jewelry. The staff were helpful and made me feel comfortable, even though I didn't know much about selling gold. They explained everything clearly, and I felt like I got a fair price for my items. Overall, it was a straightforward process, and I would consider going back if I need to sell more jewelry.

After shopping around a few places in Richmond. I was offered the highest price at Richmond Gold. The gold testing process was very transparent. They calculated the weight by the price per gram listed on their website. I would recommend this place.
