Not only is there a mistake on every delivery/pick up order. The employees are incapable of providing any sort of customer service. Im often more frustrated after the response I get, than the original issue. How hard is it to apologize once when discussing an error? Seems like no one knows how to talk like a human being. Who ever is interviewing and hiring some of these people should give their head a shake.

Why is Superstore selling expired/ old products???? Example: Maggi masala chili sauce expired a year ago. Yup, 1 year ago and still on the shelf. Pert Plus shampoo: .. I opened it and smelled like burnt plastic.. I always buy pert plus and it's the first time i smelled that stink. U lost my support. Are the managers aware of the fierce competition among grocery stores?? Never ever shopping there again.

Bought enfamil A+ neuro pro for $81.99 and walmart price was 68.47. Went to return it. Was told to exchange only for same price. Baby formula is cheaper at Walmart.

Canadian Appliance Source located inside Superstore Richmond scammed my elderly parents with a bait-and-switch. They went into Superstore and saw an LG fridge on display that was working great with no issues or concerns and thus based their buying decision on its appearance and functioning. The one that was delivered to them was a lemon with manufacturer defects (the door slamming shut instead of a gentle close, and the water feature not working). When they reported the defects to Canadian Appliance Source the next day after delivery, instead doing the ethical thing and replacing the fridge, CAS has sent a technician 3 times thus far to the house to try and turn a lemon into an apple. CAS should provide my parents a full refund and take back the fridge, and I also hold Superstore responsible for allowing CAS to operate in their store and take advantage of elderly people (by doing so Superstore is facilitating the scam). Shame on you CAS and Superstore! My parents felt comfortable purchasing from CAS because it’s inside their trusted shopping place Superstore so they were fooled. I am determined to have CAS prevented from operating inside Superstore and cheating others as well. We called the after sales number and was told to contact the Manufacturer LG for resolution. This is totally unacceptable practice by CAS and Superstore for allowing CAS to operate.

Asked for a price match for milk offered by Choices Market. Refused because only applies to large chain stores. I think the store manager needs to understand more about their competitors in the city.

Went to HK BBQ Master's located in the Coverdale parkade. Best Chinese BBQ I've ever had. Went here because I saw this place on Ugly Delicious TV show. It's small but there is a take out section and dine in section. It's tight seating but service is fast, food is Awesome. IF you like ChineseBBQ this is a must stop in place... caution.. floors are slippery of you dine in.
