Purolator’s delivery and phone support staff are so consistent at being terrible at what they do, I’ve been genuinely rethinking my pro-union stance - so congrats on that I guess ?

I have the correct address and they say something is wrong with my address and they want me to come pick it up. They did not even attempt to deliver my item on time.
This is a terrible company I will avoid shipping with this company.

Same issue as everyone else. I was home AND there was a concierge at the door but Purolator states no one was home during their "attempt" at delivery. Had to drive 25 minutes to Richmond to pick up a package that they were paid to deliver.
