I visited the store after checking the website to find a specific pair of shoes, but I couldn’t locate them. Additionally, several shoes were missing price labels, and I had to call for assistance multiple times just to get the prices. Overall, my experience was disappointing. I was excited before visiting, but the prices turned out to be regular with no noticeable sale discounts.

Among all the stores I visited at the MacArthur Glen shops, Puma stood out. Carls, a staff member, helped me pick out shoes and showed me deals I couldn’t pass up, so I also got a jacket, sweatpants, and socks. The prices were incredibly discounted, and Carls' friendly and efficient service made the experience unforgettable. I’m looking forward to shopping here again!

I went to Puma store today to return my shoe. Cashier Tunc was really nice and helped me a lot. He made the return easy and showed me another pair of shoes that are more comfy. I bought them, and also got some polos on sale for my husband. Thank you, Tunc! I had a good time at the store.

I like Puma and visit the store for the sales. I bought an item and noticed there was an extra 10% if I am a first responder or healthcare worker. A nice lady, cashier asked the manager to do a return to give the discount. The manager who was in a bad mood did the return but didn't want to bring it in again. He treated the cashier with no respect, telling her to ring in the items herself while she was already busy with a long line of customers. He didn't even look at me as a customer.
I decided to come back the next day to buy more and the manager was there. As he ringed in the items I asked him about the extra 10%. He said it doesn't apply to clearance items. I told him it doesn't specify in the sign about this. He didn't answer me. I then asked for his name, which he responds saying that it's confidential. He didn't thank me for shopping or anything of the sort. He was incredibly disrespectful and I feel bad for the employees working under his management. I have never encountered a manager like this before. bad customer service.

I would like to share my experience with store manager MIGHAEL. I was looking the size and remove some pajamas from hanger. He told me that why you doing mess up here you can look the size on top of hangers. He was very rude and does not how to deal with customers. I don’t know why people are not checking the qualities before hiring the manager. He has no single quality as a manager. He does not deserve this position. Please focus on my review take some action for him. Give some training about customer service that would be great for customers as well as your sale.

The manager made the visit very uncomfortable. My mom and aunt came to the store and when my mom asked the manager for another size in sweatpants he mocked her. I did not observe him helping any customers rather he tells the other employees to do it while he stands at the front of the store. I have never seen another manager speak to customers the way he did. We decided to leave the store as he kept telling employees to come up to us every 30 seconds and it was becoming too much. Then when we left he started asking why we aren't buying anything. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately, on the fifth of May, I went to address an issue with a pair of shoes I had purchased and encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the manager of the store. My young son, just a few months after wearing his beloved Puma shoes, found that the springs inside had come loose from the side of the shoe sole, causing discomfort to his feet. When I brought this to the attention of the lady who worked there, she immediately dismissed me, saying I wore the shoes too much and there was nothing they could do. Even when I insisted on seeing the store manager, they echoed the same sentiment. When they finally saw my son's torn shoes up close, they decided we should choose another pair they had in stock and charged us extra because the shoes we previously bought had gone down in price. Finally, at the checkout, the store manager shook her head in protest towards me and rudely stated they wouldn't provide me with a receipt or the shoebox I had purchased. My family and I had been loyal customers of Puma for years, but this will be the last time we return to this store. The way these two women treated me, my son, and my husband was so disrespectful that my son had to fight back tears, and I was truly saddened by the whole experience
