My family and I have long been fans of this brand, but this outlet store is the worst store I have ever been to, dirt everywhere, huge lines at the checkout and no cashiers, lines in the fitting rooms. On our last visit, we decided to buy two wool sweaters with a teddy bear that we saw on the mannequin, but the seller refused us, saying that this product was out of stock. I asked to sell the sweater that was on the mannequin, but was also refused, the supervisor also refused us. It is unclear why they refused to sell the sweater on the mannequin.

One of the worst customer service and quality of the product is lower then even cheap clothing store and beware don’t buy any thing from this store they don’t exchange and refund on product they sell and is very bad quality and they this after wearing in 1 day and don’t return

Some old employees is lazy and rude.New guy is full of service.
There is lots of returns for their on sale section.They don't check it before put back to store.
Some of them don't help customers..you ask different size,they just say no more without checking under table ,back storage and other store..looks like they don't like work there.Manager is rude and if you complain about their bad service and they kick you off the store and refuse selling to you.No reason,just like they have right to sell...Call their corporations customer service, just kick ball and don't listen customers and just tell the store have their right to do .

THE RUDEST & UNPROFESSIONAL managers and customer service I’ve ever seen, DO NOT waste your time and money, they insulted me, instead of apologize, I asked them to return an item or price matching but they DID NOT, I was their loyal customer over the times, but they do not respect their customers, shame on you and your behaviour

Dear Polo Customer Service Team,
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your store. I made a significant effort to visit, driving from Surrey and crossing multiple cities, only to find your doors locked 15 minutes before the advertised closing time. This was both frustrating and deeply inconvenient, especially as I had intended to make a purchase despite the declining quality of your clothing in recent months.
While I understand the need to maintain operational efficiency, closing earlier than the stated hours is unacceptable. Furthermore, I have observed a decline in customer service during my recent visits. The staff’s demeanor has been increasingly unprofessional, and this visit only amplified my dissatisfaction. It felt as though customers are no longer a priority.
I expected better from Polo, a brand I have supported for years. I hope you will address these concerns promptly to improve the experience for future customers.

I’m writing this review to let others know of their price adjustment and return policy as their staff is not properly trained in this area. They do not process any price adjustments if you had already used a coupon or if the item was already on sale. They also would not accept a refund and let you repurchase the same item as they are required to put it in the stock room overnight for sanitization purposes (despite the cashier advising me to do so at the time of purchase). Customers should always be properly informed, and their manager should bear some responsibility here and not just ignore customer’s feedback.

Today entire store are 50%off, I found a shirt I like to ask the size, but the shirt was confiscated directly. When I asked again, I was told that the manager did not allow it to be sold😑

I am extremely angry about the Boxing Day deal this year because it is extremely unfriendly to the people like me who only off on Wednesday. And your 50% off deal is valid in store only, I can’t even do online purchase. And also I am working on all your opening time. I really wish you can open on Christmas or new year, OR extend your opening hours and closing hours like 7am-12am something like this. Otherwise I really have no time to do in store shopping ☹️

I had a very frustrating experience today at Ralph Lauren McArthurGlen Outlet.
I go to that store often and because I was Christmas shopping today, I went there first and found some good deals in store. When it was my turn to pay, the associate at the cashier’s desk started helping me and asked for my number to pull up the customer account. I gave him my number, had my code ready, and then.. nothing. He didn’t scan my items, and just kept looking around. I didn’t know what he was waiting for, but he kept looking around for a while. The people that were in line after me were already being helped by the other associates and I was still there just waiting for some unknown reason. After a few minutes, I couldn’t wait anymore and finally asked if there was an issue/problem to which he only answered, “Yes, hold on.”, and then brushed me off again.
I don’t mind waiting, I just wanted to know why I’m waiting and would like to have been given an explanation of some sort but he didn’t provide any. Instead, he continued to look around and finally, another associate helped him. Turns out, they had a limit of 5 items for the same product and I had 6 of the same kind of shirt (of different colors and sizes).
The other associate just said that I couldn’t buy them all because of the limit and then left, again without any further explanation. So I asked to do 2 transactions, 1 after the other. He said it’s not allowed. The way he said it, I was under the impression that consecutive transactions weren’t allowed so I purchased 5 shirts and then went to other stores.
Later that afternoon, I went back to buy the 1 shirt I wasn’t able to get and got the same associate. He immediately said that I’m not allowed to buy it because of the limit. I tried to get more information from him to know more about their policy because I’ve been buying clothes there and I’ve never had any problems with my past purchases but he just flat out told me that I can’t buy more AT ALL.
At this point, I was really annoyed because of our earlier encounter, and because it didn’t make sense, AND because I tried to get answers but didn’t get anything clear from him. I had a lot of words I wanted to say to him but I held my tongue because none of them were good. When he asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, I said yes. When I did, she said that it’s a daily limit of 5. So I can come back another day if I want to buy more of the same product. Now, that made more sense. I confirmed this information again with the manager before I left. If I was told that from the very beginning, there wouldn’t have been any problem at all. The whole experience just left me so frustrated. I don’t think I will be going back there again anytime soon.
I hope they see this post and try to reorient their associates with their policy and try to improve their customer service skills.
Every store has its policy and that is to be respected. I understand that. I honestly wouldn’t have minded at all the wait, nor the limit had he explained it well to me the first time. If he wasn’t sure how to proceed or if he didn’t know the answer to my questions, he should just have been honest about it. All he had to do was communicate it with me. I would have appreciated that.

Amazing service at the store! ALL of the staff were very helpful. Gemma was the leader in my fabulous shopping experience but many other employees assisted and took time to help me decide on certain pieces. It was my first time in a Polo Ralph Lauren and it was such a positive experience. I now own a few pieces and can’t wait to go back for more. Such comfy clothing as well. Very pleased and would recommend this store. I felt I had to write a review because good service is disappearing. Many stores you walk in, staff are just talking to eachother or on their phones. This was not the case here! Such a great team! Thank you!!!! I truly appreciate all the help!!! :)

Horrible customer service..I needed a bigger size T-shirt but even with the label on and with the receipt, they wouldn't give refund.. extremely rude talk on the phone. Never going to step in that store again.

After the first wash according to the instruction on the label,the shirt got blue color all over, talked to the manager,she wouldn't refund it, explaining that it would have to be fabric damage, but isn't discolouration also fabric damage? We have been shopping in this store for so many times and spent a lot,but this experience was a disappointment.
I am surprised that such a prominent brand doesn't have better initiatives in place for returns or refunds for its customers out of its own stores.

She was very rude.
She needs to be trained again on polo's policy and then welcome the customer. Does she think it's right to serve the customer without knowing Polo's policy? She doesn't know the policy and very rude. She's the worst employee :(
