Ever since the change in ownership, the service has been horrible. They don’t receive our prescriptions in a timely fashion like we did before and we have to argue with the employees on the amount that was requested on standing orders.
We’re moving our prescriptions.

Frederick Cheng is simply the best! He explains very well and set us up into the program which turned out to be surprisingly easy thanks to his knowlegeable coaching! Together me & my wife have attained most of our goal quickly and without feeling miserable at all. We’re very proud to be “certified” losers now and delighted to have stumbled into Frederick and his IP Protocol program.

We stopped by the store and asked about the 65 + flu vaccine, confirming that they still had some in stock. They said we needed to book an appointment on their site. There is literally no way to do that. It certainly explains why they are the only ones with this vaccine still available.

After many years of trying to lose weight, Fred the pharmacist was the only one who was successful in helping me reach my ideal weight. Through his guidance and supervision, I’ve learned how to eat healthy and stay healthy. Fred is a wealth of knowledge and I consider myself lucky to have met him and I still call on him for advice!

Often come in here to make a quick stop for lottery tickets, when I don't need anything else and can't justify making a trip into the nearby supermarkets.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. On two occasions they have come to my rescue with a couple of challenges since I moved from the Interior to Richmond. They definitely go beyond in service.
