With the Petro Can app, I always forfeit the full service provided but ideally, attendant can clean my windows and check my oil while I'm pumping gas. They're nice guys but they don't anything for you when you pull up to buy gas.

Gas stations that are full service but you need to pump your own gas because all of the workers are too busy on their phones or talking to each other. Why bother?

I have a very good experience at this gas station in the night time around 2 am . I found Kulvinder and Dev are working in night are so nice and good, they treat me very good i feel happy and comfortable with them and the washroom is neat and clean. I would like to give them a best wishes for their future.

Filled up for gas on June 17th 2024, I decided to clean my dirty rear window on my SUV. I used the squeegee supplied at the station. Well only to find out after applying the cleaning solution, that it was full of oil or anti-freeze. It dripped all the way down the back of my vehicle and left huge streaks. No one at the station cared. Its upsetting and those glass cleaning squeegee's should be replenished with fresh cleaning solution DAILY. The lack of care at this station is risiculous. Not to mention 3 workers standing around. And no paper in the pump machine for receipts either. I think these guys should pay for a car wash.

Employee Ria didn't come to offer full service to fuel my car. I honked my horn a few times to get her attention but she looked like she was busy on the phone (apple ear piece) she finally came after her coworker told her I was waiting for full service (all of richcmond is full service). She said she didn't see my car even though. She probably would have seen it if she wasn't on the phone. You are supposed to try and assist the customers driving in to the gas station.

Was backing into the spot to fill up. Almost hit the female attendant because she was too busy
on the phone and walked right behind my car without looking.
The whole time I was filling up. She was just wandering around the gas station without taking her eyes off the phone.
You don't care about your safety is your business, at least stay out of the way so other drivers don't have to watch out for you.

Service has just become bad to worse for this Stevenston location. The staff is very rude, just listens to music, doesn't greet the customers, or say thank you. It's as if I shouldn't bother them to fill the gas for my car at a full-service gas station.

The door is locked the cashier, store and A&W are unavailable. I tried to fuel my car by myself, it said Get help from cashier. I had to walk around behind the window like a homeless dog waiting for someone to notice me. Then A&W cashier called the PC guy from the back room. He unlocked the door and sticked his head out to talk to me and said to try again. He didn’t invite me in. I was interested in the store, but his attitude changed my mind.

Almost everytime I fuel there, there seems to be some sort of issue. Half the time, the card readers on the pumps don't work properly and cancel/decline transactions for no reason. Twice now, I've driven up just before midnight (when they reset their price for the next day within seconds after the Chevron across the street closes), the pump still shows the lower price, insert the card, still the lower price, punch in your PIN and as soon as you lift the nozzle, the price changes. When asked about this, they responded that corporate changes the price. Regardless, unacceptable to change a price halfway through a transaction.I will avoid this location from now on.
