I went here to buy a lottery product, and an employee who was wearing a white shirt there asked me if I had points card with me. I said no. He then scanned with his own points card while checking out.

Don't use this car wash. I just drive through it and I will have to go find another car wash as my car did NOT get cleaned at all. Esso hands down ? better for same price.WASTE OF MONEY

My go-to Petro in Richmond, full service with car wash, air, vacuum etc. Ranjit is always helpful and pleasant.

Don't bother coming here for car wash, they won't let you use the vacuum for free eventhough you washed your car. If you talk to cashier, they will lie to you about system down. Cause I come here every week once and theyll tell you the same thing. And they advertised free vacuum with every wash. This should be reported to consumer protection BC

1. They got hacked. 2. System still down 2 weeks later. 3. Went recently and now they don't accept cash. 4. The pump I pulled up to fill up was not working and no sign was posted. 5. The car wash was not accepting codes for at least 2 weeks. 6. It now accepts codes again but not all the car wash options are available. 7. While the systems were down they only accepted cash. 8. Now they only accept cards. 9. Half the vacuums are out of order and the sign is so small on them that you don't see it until you've pulled up. 10. Their coffee sucks.

Avoid going to this automatic car wash in your Teslas. Heard loud bang during wash and discovered damaged to my spoiler right after.Did some searching in here and found out I am not the only one.

Manager is careless and ignorant. There is WET PAINT on the stalls and areas around the station that was not blocked off by a cone or even indicated. I got my shoes, car and clothes with yellow paint on it. When I went to talk to him, he did not care and blamed me.

Card worked to pay for gas, service was friendly and the car wash was an okay value.There's some confusing Asian language on some of the signs, it was larger than the English text and I found that frustrating.

I was about to pay for gas today and the staff who were outside forced me to come out to move my car further back so that a pickup truck could have room. Couldn't even wait 2 minutes for me to finish paying and to fill up my tank (I drive a small sedan). The white male in the pickup was rude and kept honking, the staff also closed my tank and wouldnt let me get gas until I moved back. Rather wait and get my gas somewhere else next time.
